Churrasco has three centuries of tradition in the vast plains of the southernmost region of Brazil. Gauchos would prepare a feast for their family and friends by slow roasting various cuts of meat from each of their herd over an open flame pit. They offered to each family and friend, the best of the Gaucho’s herd, where they carved the meats at each table in a show of skill and gift giving.

Located in Bakersfield’s Southwest neighborhood, Flame & Fire Brazilian Steakhouse is a modern experience into Brazil’s traditional churrascaria, featuring the rodizio style of carved meats table side, along with our exquisite market table. This is the third restaurant to Flame & Fire Brazilian Steakhouse, with two other locations in Roseville and Folsom California. Established in Roseville in 2014, we are proud to share with you the culture of great food and warm hospitality.

The meat was off the scale, tri-tip was cooked perfectly but the holy grail was the pineapple 🥰

We’ve been here 5 times and this was the worse experience. If it was my first time, I would never go back. I had been bragging to a couple that we took there about how amazing it was. Unfortunately, by the end of the meal I was embarrassed at how how unimpressive it was. We were only offered five different types of meat and had to wait approximately 15 minute between each offering. They were obviously short-staffed and had no meat to offer. On two different occasions, they said they would be back with more meat and never showed up.

Our first time at a Brazilian Steakhouse ever, and the staff was very helpful & informative with the menu & dining choices. From the minute we walked up to the restaurant, we were greeted & attended to right away! To top it off, the amazing meat choices brought out to our table were absolutely delicious, and we topped all off with some of the best chocolate cake. Definitely will be dining here soon again & I will definitely recommend Flame & Fire Bakersfield to everyone!

Absolutely amazing every time we visit flame and fire. The meat is top quality and cooked to perfection. The salad bar is alwaysfresh. Drinks are very strong. Favorite restaurant in town!

This is our second time going, acausion was for a 1 year anniversary. It was a great experience honestly, the staff were great our server was awesome and the manager goes around presenting him self and asks questions on how one is doing how's there dinner. Just a great vide honestly. Will be going back again in the near future too celebrate another birthday or another anniversary.

The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. We went for our anniversary and their was a hand written note on our table once we were seated which was an unexpected nice touch.
