My husband had the sea bass and I had the lamb. Both dinners were fabulous, one of the best restaurant dinners we have had in a long time!

We were recommended to dine with Flame and Smith, and were so impressed with their hospitality and delicious selection of food. It was busy but service was stead fast on checking in on what was an amazing meal.

A very inviting venue featuring both outdoor seating and a spacious, well-appointed indoor area. The thoughtfully designed interior reflects the high quality of both the cuisine and, above all, the expertly crafted cocktails by Michael—arguably one of the finest bartenders around.

We had loved our experience in June 2024, we were a party of 3 and the food was exceptional so we were looking forward going back for a beautiful meal. We started with oysters unfortunately I got 1 that was far from fresh and stopped eating. Our waiter was lovely and was very attentive to our needs. He had asked the sommelier to help us for wine; well what a human experience we had there.. after asking us our budget he came back with a bottle whiteout showing it to us when we asked what we were drinking he responded : Who cares and left, we felt like what is that person is this a joke..? No ice bucket for the wine was given it must have been a cheap $75 white wine bottle we guessed . When we spoke our concern to the waiter he was feeling empathy and spoke we guessed to the manager who told us the sommelier was in fact a snapping turtles tree yung to ease our diner. Our waiter brought us 2 big shrimp compensating for the enraged turtle path in our lives .After 45 minutes our waiter told us the cuisine had unexpectedly forgotten us, wine was getting warmer and finally got our plate lukewarm and too salty. My wife had gotten a free digestive and I finished with a prunelle hoping not to get sick from the oyster. Overall we had an ok meal, a nice waiter the rudest sommelier you can think of, and he was not from Paris.

Food was spectacular, great conversation with the staff as we sat at the bar. PEI oysters were incredible as was the ribeye

Had two apps. The burrata and strawberries was excellent. Oysters very good. We then shared the sea bass which was good. Service was excellent. Wished we had a kitchen view but next time we will ask for it. Good place in PEC - recommended.

Patrick l’écailler des huîtres au bar est super gentil et il s’est bien occupé de nous. Tout le personnel est comme une grande famille et nous accueille avec plaisir. La nourriture excellente.
