    Excellent service and food. It is very expensive but the steak was the best I have had in a long time. Wine list is very expensive so we brought our own wine but corkage was $45!!

    Our experience at Flame & Smith was nothing short of outstanding. We enjoyed the chef's tasting menu which started with amazing sourdough and included outstanding tapas, cod, lamb and Basque cheesecake. Service was delightful and the attention to detail of the cocktails were incredible. We will be back!

    The food was absolutely amazing as usual and that fish voulette sauce..... I could eat that on everything.

    I had the rack of lamb which was cooked to perfection, very tender and flavourful. I loved the care taken with the sides, fresh fiddleheads, grilled mushrooms, and delicious potatoes, they had been pureed and re=formed and browned. It was the most delicious meal I've had at a restaurant in a very long time. The value for cost was excellent. Also the sourdough bread is amazing. I'd go back in a heartbeat and try other meals from the menu.

    Seated against the wall and the tables were too close and we felt like there was no privacy for having real conversations. Steak was good but chewy…not the best cut for that price. Service was excellent. Thank you..

    Flame and Smith is an exceptional restaurant. Everything was delicious! The attention to detail from the layers of flavours, to presentation, to service, to ambience. This restaurant does not disappoint and is well worth every penny.

    Every single thing from the immediate greeting from Vanessa, when we arrived to Patrick our server was ‘top notch!’ Ryan another associate of Vanessa and Patrick was also friendly, helpful and made sure we felt comfortable. The ‘Smith’ Martini is a must have along with their ‘Seasonal Cesar’ Salad, the grilled ‘smoky’ artichoke hearts on the salad added the crunchy texture of ‘croutons’ without the bread. For a main I had the butterfly branzino (sea bass), melted in one’s mouth like butter! Their ‘expreeso’ machine was ‘out of order’ so Patrick was kind enough to make me my own wee pot to enjoy… Opps I failed to mention I enjoyed the ‘hank pankie ’ as my starter, delicious!!! Only sight issue was MY guests paid the bill, so not planned… Recommend anyone visiting ‘Prince Edward County, ‘Flame’ + Smith’ a must visit for a terrific meal… Tom May 2025

    Excellent service and food was delicious! Sadly, the restaurant couldn’t accommodate a sesame seed allergy with the bun on the burger. It was written as Brioche bun on the menu, which was a little misleading.
