   todo increible!!! quitando que el mesero se porto un poco racista por no decir muchisisisimo ... y se quejo de que LOS MEXICANOS no deberian de ESTAR EN ESTADOS UNIDOS NI ESTAR EN SU PAIS POR QUE NO SON AMERICANOS ... y NOSOTROS SOMOS MEXICANOS... yo creo que el no sabia que eramos mexicanos o no se si lo hizo al proposito pero queria escupirle en la cara al idiota ...

   Our waiter Arthur was fantastic 10/10. He was knowledgeable about the menu, personable, and attentive. The only thing we felt like service was slow. It took a long time in between courses. It was Easter dinner and the tables in the dining room were about half occupied at the most. First we ordered soup and salad. I drank ice water and my husband had a soda. My husband loved the Lobster Bisque. Lots of Lobster. My wedge salad was good. It took another long time, before Arthur came back to take our dinner order. By that time, I started to feel full from my salad. I felt disappointed because I was really looking forward to steak/seafood dinner. I did not order dinner. My husband ordered a steak cooked medium, a side of scallops and a piece of carrot cake to take home. Took a while for the dinner to arrive. Definitely not our waiters fault. The steak that was supposed to be cooked medium was more medium well. Not only was it overcooked, but it was really chewy for some reason. Scallops were good, but I actually cook them better at home with more sear and seasonings. When we got home, my husband ate some carrot cake. He said it was extremely sugary. My husband has a sweet tooth and it was too sweet for him. Our bill was $150 (before tip). I didn't even have an entree. We thought it was pricey for the amount of food we received. When I told my husband, we probably wouldn't be back, he said that he wanted to come back on a Tuesday night for Tomahawk steak special. Otherwise, we probably will not be back. Sorry Arthur. You were fantastic.

   Fleming’s review, Easter Sunday Going to your favorite restaurant can be a little iffy on a major holiday; it’s crowded, menu items can run out, and the higher volume tires the staff. And yet none of that was our experience when we swung by the Fleming’s in Plano last Easter Sunday. Accommodating a last-minute reservation for your regulars who like a certain spot at the bar is especially challenging on a busy holiday. We were grateful Christine worked her magic and set up a “reserved” space in the midst of her welcoming an endless stream of guests. Once seated, there was a warm chorus of “hey! Great to see you! You made it!” from Tom, Kandice, Preston, and Chris. Even though we arrived right before a shift change, both Tom and Kandice spent time with us before they left. Not long after, Scott stopped to wish us well and Haley swing by with a quick hug. However, the most unexpected visit came from Chef Alex. Usually, the chef rarely ventures out on crazy days with hundreds of reservations, but he and my wife love to talk shop about flavors and cooking. He heard we’d just missed the brunch window but saw we ordered the pork chop, which my wife loves. Chef Alex excused himself as the food arrived and the de facto sommelier , Leo, began to pair wines to complement our food. Imagine our surprise when not even 10 minutes into our meal Chef Alex returned with one of the Easter brunch entrees in hand. He smiled, laid the plate in front of us and simply said “enjoy!” He didn’t want us to miss out on the experience. In January my wife and I had the opportunity to dine at Le Jules Verne, the Michelin star restaurant at the top of the Eiffel Tower. It was high dining at its finest, complete with white glove service. As amazing as it was, we’d probably be fine with the one experience, whereas we’d be truly saddened if we never walked into Fleming’s Plano again.    If you want excellent food, service and embience for special occasions, Flemmings should be your go-to place. Our server could not have been more gracious and attentive. We had a wait for our table as it was Easter lunch (understandable) and the manager personally offered apology for the delay - not necessary but a nice touch. Seating is comfortable spacing enough to not be disturbed by other patrons (an issue in many high end places trying to maximize revenue and hurting customer experience in the process).

   The restaurant was not busy and it took over an hour to get our food. First bread delivered was cold and the desserts were below average for other Steakhouses.

   My daughter and I had Easter Brunch here and it was AMAZING. Filet, French onion frittata, salad and dessert. Our server was cheerful and accommodating. The manager came by multiple times to ensure we had a nice meal. Highly recommend especially for holidays! Can’t wait to go back and have the lobster.

   Visited for Easter Brunch. Service was great, could’ve been a bit more festive. Son’s steak came out too rare, they took it back on the grill but was then overdone. Otherwise, very good. Better options nearby,

   We went for our 42nd anniversary and my 70th birthday. They kindly had a sweet note waiting for us at our table. My hubs had the prime rib on the bone and I had the filet mignon. I had the add-on lobster as well. I'm a lobster lover so I can tell you I would skip the lobster. It was way too tough and no flavor. The steaks, however, were absolutely terrific!! We also had the gooey chocolate brownie for dessert...that was to die for. Our server was very attentive and pleasant. We're not wine aficionados, but she had a great suggestion and we really liked it as well. Flemings made our special occasion a night to remember. Tad and Suzi Unumb

    While to food was very good, the service was excellent! Humberto was very attentive and engaging. There's nothing better than pairing great food with excellent service. We will definitely be returning.
