Fui porque me ofrecieron una cena por 39 dólares pero me terminaron cobrando 63 dólares es de muy mal gusto engañar al consumidor con oferta engañosa

Hermoso lugar Pero cuando salí de lugar decidí que nunca más regreso a este restaurante Cabe destacar que generalmente cuando quieren tener una comida especial con mi esposa escojo ir a un Fogo dé Chao o o restaurante ESTILO GAUCHO O sea tengo puntos de referencia con que comparar Hice una reserva de un día dé antelación Propósito: CELEBRAR EL CUMPLEAÑOS DE MI ESPOSA. Desde que nos sentamos hasta que nos trajeron el primer pedacito de carne asada tardaron 45 minutos Para que regresaran con otro pedacito de carne asada otros 15 minutos En total estuvimos 1hora 15 minutos en el lugar para salir No solo insatisfechos, sino también molestos porque la atención al cliente, comida se puede comparar con el gasto Cabe destacar también que deje una propina del 15% y pague un bill de 117.00 dólares por dos comensales Es una vergüenza Esta es la manera en que puedo describir mi experiencia Definitivamente No regreso Definitivamente No lo recomiendo al no ser que Ud desee pagar bien caro por una molestia. Will not be back again. Our table was literally up against a waiter station, you’d think that’d be close and get great service. This was not the case. Had to deal with wait staff gathering behind my chair and staff trying to squeeze by our table to get through yo other areas. The table across from us all finally moved their chairs so people would stop bumping in to my 90 year old Mother’s chair. They rarely came to the table with meat, I had to change out our plates and wait 20 minutes for a water refill. Considering the cost? Definitely not worth it!!

It was the day after Valentine's Day, but still Valentine's weekend, so the place was crazy packed. But the service was exquisite! I can hardly remember being taken care of better at any restaurant, than we were here. We had a reservation, but even then, with the amount of traffic they had, we were told it would be a 40-minute wait. So, we went to the bar and got drinks and an appetizer. But in only 20 minutes, we were seated even before the appetizer arrived! So they brought that to us at our table. We went for my birthday, so they gave us a couple complimentary desserts. I highly recommend the cheesecake brulee! The wait staff, the bar staff, and even the manager on the floor went out of their way to make this a most wonderful evening, despite how full they were. Side note: I tried one of their non-alcoholic cocktails and the rum sour was surprisingly good. I definitely recommend it for people who want a zero proof drink.

We waited an hour and a half for our table which we reserved ahead of time. The salad bar was picked over and not clean

Corporate put out tons of two top tables in every corner of the place, servers could not handle the load. Our table was forgotten many times, waited 15 mins for a clean plate to start, got the wrong tables check (they had already left)

The service was terrible. They kept bringing bacon chicken when we specifically asked for ribeyes. When we pointed it out, they said they’d be back in five minutes, but the wait was long, and the service remained extremely slow. We won’t be returning.

It was day after valentines. Seems like they rented a load of two top tables and stacked them all over the place to sit more people. Service was slow, gauchos could not keep up, once went without contact at the table for 14 minutes. And my drink had run out. Without a doubt fogo de ciao made a bunch of money that day, but the experience was weak

Always a great place to dine and celebrate birthdays, valentines, etc. both this time. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food is excellent. Walk around and shop after lunch/dinner.
