Fabulous food, great service! One suggestion - add grilled pineapple and it will be a perfect meal. Love the service at this location, not so enthralled with the service at the Westheimer location. Thanks for a wonderful New Year’s Day dinner 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Our reservation was honored, and we were seated right away, which started our experience on a positive note. However, I ordered a drink from the bar that never came. After waiting 40 minutes for my drink I asked about it but it still took another 15 minutes to finally get it. The service overall was very slow. We waited a long time for the gauchos to come by, and our server never came back to check on us after the rest of the table got their initial drinks. Because of the longs waits we stayed over an hour longer than we needed to. We were celebrating a birthday and almost skipped dessert because we weren’t sure how long it would take, but we decided to order it anyway. The dessert came out quickly, but we had to wait just as long again for the check. After flagging down someone to bring us the check we finally got it, but we were still waiting to pay. Thankfully we found to have enough cash and were able to pay that way by leaving it on the table since no one ever came back to take our payment. Because of this we weren’t able to leave much of a tip just the difference from the balance due. Had we been able to pay faster via credit card we could have left a better tip. In total, we spent a little over 2 ½ hours there, most of it just waiting. While the service started off well, the delays made the experience frustrating.

Always a great location for a special event. Great foods and prices better than going to a different nice restaurant ordering a steak with all the sides here already included through the buffet. The only recommendation: I felt uncomfortable when the (older) hostess was standing in front of our table for 5 to 10 minutes without any focus on the next actions, while we just wanted to get comfortable and discuss/view the menu. However, all the other servers were excellent. You don’t have to feel hungry when leaving or else you did something wrong! It was a great birthday linner!

Amazing experience! The service, food and ambiance was exceptional. So nice to have such a great restaurant in this area of Cypress. We will be going back often.

This is a brand new location, and I don’t think they have it together just yet. The service was lacking, and a few of the different beef skewers were rare or blue. The gauchos seemed very surprised by this each time it happened. It took over 10 minutes to take drink orders, and then two of the three glasses of wine took 15-20 minutes to get to the table. Folks refilling water were great though.

The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a refined elegance that enhances the overall experience. The real highlight of our evening was the exceptional service provided by our waiter, Maynor. From the moment we were seated, his attentiveness and genuine hospitality were unparalleled. Maynor anticipated our every need, ensuring that our drinks were never empty and that we always had the perfect cut of meat on our plates. His warm demeanor and attention to detail truly elevated our dining experience, making us feel like honored guests. If you’re looking for a Fogo de Chão location that combines impeccable service, a welcoming atmosphere, and their signature culinary excellence, Cypress is the place to go. Thanks to Maynor and the entire team, we’ll absolutely be returning soon!

Fogo used to be king in the Brazilian Steakhouse arena but after this experience on Christmas Day, they officially lost the crown. Ambience was the top score 4.5 / 5 Customer Service was fail 2.5 / 5 It’s worth saying that a restaurant of this tier with staff that was unaware, frowning and not willing to serve (the first ‘server’), and honey and sauce dripping on us twice while being severe food (suit needs dry clean). Food quality and taste 3 / 5 Flavor was on Christmas vacation because it was not available that day. Cut selection was short of a wide selection. We had a group of 10 and was overlooked on all levels. I had to go eat at another Brazilian Steakhouse on December 30th because I felt like I had a void in my heart and stomach. I am satisfied as of yesterday :)
