   E ido a muchos restaurantes de la cadena y este muy mal servicio…!!! Para servirme una limonada 30 min ….!!! Solo nos sirvieron 4 cortes de carne y le teníamos que pedir porque no nos llevaban Mal mal Siempre vamos al de Addison ese si excelente Ahora fuimos a este porque vivimos en coppell Pero no regresamos

   The Mother's Day event was way below what I expected from this restaurant. The staff was overwhelmed and unprepared for such a surge of patrons. The wait for food, clean plates, drinks, etc., was frustrating for such a reputable restaurant. Furthermore, the price increase of the Mother's Day event did not justify the service or quality of the meats served. Not again.

   Went on Mother's Day along with the rest of North Irving. Food was very good. Salad bar and grilled meats were excellent. But it was extremely over-crowded which made everything a little slower and rushed. But they need to make money so overall a good experience.

   Went for Mother’s Day and it wasn’t good at all. We were seated away from the majority of the restaurant crowd so meat service was very few and we had to keep waiting for meats to be brought over. Most of the meats tasted under seasoned. We seen the server zero times after taking the drink order. Who I assume was the manager brought the check over. Then the check… Was charged $15 for 2 bottles of water but was given 1 full opened bottle(How did my glass have after in it if it was full?) which leads me to believe it was tap water(which I was fine with but don’t charge me for bottle water) $9 for a virgin drink(a lemonade) and $5 for a pineapple lemonade 😂 save your money and try other Brazilian options. There is another 10 mins away we dined in at last month that was excellent. This is the second time we’ve tried this Fogo. Last time being when they first opened and we were disappointed then. Hoped they figured it out by now and gave them a second shot since it was closer to home for us.

   Normally there are more than 3 cuts of meat that come around, and the rounds were far between during this visit. The bread and polenta had to be requested but still never came. Fogo de Chao is one of my favorite places, but this was not experience Fogo normally delivers.

   This experience left a lot to be desired. It was not overall bad. I would describe it as average at best.

    The service the night we dined at this location was phenomenal. It’s usually already quite good, but the service that night was on a different level.
