This was the best time we have had at a Fogo de Chao ever! We have been to ones in New York, Las Angeles, Dallas, San Antonio, Atlanta, and also the original location in Orlando. This one has only been open for about 2 weeks. But, the service was impeccable. They were so helpful and friendly. I give them a 100 out of 100!!!!

It didn’t make sense…no refills on anything, never got chicken that we asked for 3 times, never got out plates cleared so completely felt abandoned…it was too good to be true from entering the beautiful restaurant. What a lost opportunity no one knew what they were doing and were all over the place…

My family and I came to celebrate a birthday. There was only 5 of us BTW. Took about 40 minutes to get our drinks. Waitress keep saying they were making it "fresh" and hence was the excuse for the rest of the stuff that came out late. Oh, and forget about getting any refills! Our waitress just took our glass away when it was almost emptied. Thought she was bringing back "fresh" ones, but no. Our sides were served 45 minutes later. It took about 15 minutes for the meat to come around each time. By the time the cut of meat that we were waiting for came out, we were basically over it. Our bill was delivered quickly though! And for what I was served, it wasn't worth it. We pay for service and food, and I felt I didn't get much of that. Side note, there were 2 other waitresses that tried their best to accommodate us seeing our frustration. I understand it's not their fault. And they tried.

We went here for our Christmas dinner, and it was great. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. The experience was exactly what we were looking for on Christmas day.

Stephanie was amazing!!! They have great care with the food allergies! And the staff is amazing overall!!! Top 5 of my favorite restaurants in the Orlando area

Fire the front of house manager. We went twice in one week. First time Sunday and then the 23rd of December. First time perfect, because corporate was in town training. Today as bad as it could be. Not busy, but the host insisted we sat at a table that was 100% wrong. The fact is, they had no food cooked correctly. Simple items like bacon, pomegranate and Kiwi were out (6pm) The meet delivered was under cooked. The front of house manager would rather argue than fix. Fact is Fogo is too good not to fix, and my fault I went holiday week to a new place.

Had to continually ask for meats. They kept asking what kind instead of just making rounds like they usually do. Same thing happen at last location I visited. Wont be going back to this chain. Too many others are better service snd experience.

I’ve been a couple times for happy hour and it was amazing! So I reserved a table for Sunday night to do the dinner experience. What a mistake! The salad bar was missing items throughout the night and was not impressive, soup was cold, we ordered the bone marrow which we were excited to try, never got it, after asking for mashed potatoes 3 times we were told they were out, ordered an after dinner drink, never got it. And it seems the gauchos roam with no purpose. To top it off as we were leaving and waiting for the valet to bring the car, me and my mom wanted to sit and warm up real quick in the outdoor seating area that has warmers, well we were quickly snubbed by some arrogant Brazilian ( his accent gave him away) and told “we close at 9” !!! We just spent over $400 on mediocre food and that’s how we end the night. Smh. I will never go back! If you want a flawless Brazilian steakhouse experience take the drive to Texas de Brazil, you will not be disappointed. Food and service are top notch unlike this establishment
