   La comida te la llevan muy súper lenta. Les pregunté si estaban cerrados. No estaban listos y eran las 1:45 pm. El restaurante nació mediocre todo . Para mi Todos los Fogo de Chao son muy miserables y no están a la altura de ningún bufet. HORRIBLE

   Me encantó el lugar muy lindo, música suave cómoda para poder escucharla y poder hablar con las personas, comida muy rica, trato genial el personal habla español e inglés me encantó eso la experiencia fantástica fui para celebrar el cumpleaños a mi esposo y él salió encantado muchas gracias por todo

   La comida EXCELENTE, el mejor rodizio que he probado, la carne muy buena calidad, el bar de comida deliciosa con una sopa de zanahoria con jengibre que estaba divina, unos pimientos exquisitos, la ensalada de pollo me encantó a igual que el corn street muy bueno, PERO el servicio de la mesera muy malo fuimos por nuestro aniversario y no nos tomaron en cuenta para nada pues si uno selecciona un restaurante para una celebración en específica es porque considera que es un lugar digno de celebrar pero esta vez no fue así, ni felicidades ni postre ni nada, y mi esposa también estaba de cumpleaños y ni felicitación, la carne tuvimos que pedir que nos la llevaran porque no pasaban creo que solo nos dieron a probar 3 y a cada rato pollo ni cordero nos ofrecieron, y lo que más te atrae a este tipo de restaurante la famosa piña con canela específicamente en este NO HAY, el manager salió a disculparse que no la tenían porque la gente se volvía “loca” iba mucha gente y no podían darlo, que solo había piña regular en el bar, es decir, vas por algo en específico que lo ofrecen en el menú Y NO LO HAY. De por si el lugar donde está ubicado el restaurante muy bonito y el mismo muy lindo. Pero les hace falta personal dispuesto a servir y de calidad. La comida sabrosa pero la atencion 0 puntos.

   Food was flavorless and service was nonexistent. After serving our drinks, we only saw our waitress once the entire meal and this was to get a drink refill order, which we never got. We kept asking any worker who would pass by us to see if they can get our refills. The meat cutters said they could not do anything with drinks but will try to find our server. We also talked to the hostess to find our server and ask for our drinks. No luck there too. We finally had to go to the bar for our refills. We then saw our waitress serving a large party and she never came back to us again nor did any staff look after us or ask us if we needed or wanted anything. We honestly talked about walking out without paying because no body gave a damn about our table. However, we’re not heartless like that. We proceeded to give our 20% tip, left, and decided to give our review here since no one bothered to even talk to us.

   It was my first visit at their newest/second location in DC. The prices are a little cheaper than the Pennsylvania Ave. location. The venue is beautiful and our server, Ericka, was wonderful. I’d definitely recommend them. Great salad bar and great for meat lovers. The molten chocolate cake was great!

    I had high expectations for my visit to Fogo de Chão on March 1, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short. While the food itself was decent, the overall service and dining conditions left much to be desired. First, the wait times were excessive. Despite having a reservation, it took far too long for our drinks to arrive, and the rotation of meats was inconsistent—sometimes we would wait long stretches without being offered anything. It really disrupted the flow of the meal and made the dining experience frustrating rather than enjoyable. Second, we were seated in an extremely inconvenient location—right by a door with heavy foot traffic. Not only did this make for a disruptive dining experience with constant movement around our table, but every time the door opened, a blast of cold air rushed in. It made it difficult to enjoy our meal in comfort, and frankly, it’s unacceptable to place guests in such an uncomfortable spot without any effort to mitigate the issue. What made matters worse was the complete lack of response from management. We addressed our concerns with two different managers, including the customer service manager, and not a single effort was made to rectify the situation. No offer to move us, no sincere apology—just indifference. At a restaurant of this caliber, I would expect far better customer service and a willingness to address guest concerns. Overall, while the food had potential, the service and lack of attentiveness from management soured the entire experience. Given the price point and reputation of Fogo de Chão, I expected far more. I doubt I’ll be returning anytime soon.
