Fold is a neighbourhood Bistro and Bottle Shop with community at its heart.

A menu of delicious British seasonal sharing plates, with multi-cultural influences and a touch of North West nostalgia throughout.

Our drinks list includes carefully curated natural, organic, and classic wines from our favourite producers, as well as the best beers and hand-crafted cocktails to enjoy in the bistro at the bar or to go.

We responsibly source all our ingredients, supporting communities and using local suppliers where possible.

The Early Sitting is bookable between 5:30pm-6:30pm and you will have the table for a two hour sitting. We can't wait to celebrate with you all! Please note that for dietaries we will only be able to cater for vegetarian and pescatarians, please note your dietary requirements when booking. Full payment is required if a reservation is canceled less than 48 hours in advance

Our Christmas present to you is that for one night only, your favourite Fold dishes will be returning once more as we look back at the year in Fold style. Tables available from 5pm until 8pm exclusively for diners. For dietary requirements we will have Vegetarian & Pescatarian options available, please note dietary upon booking so it can be catered for correctly. Service charge is not included in ticket price.     We went to Fold for lunch on Saturday. The whole experience was fantastic. The food was incredible and great value. We will definitely be returning soon

    Great as always, our first Sunday Lunch visit though and didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend

    Breath of fresh air, small cosy village restaurant. Friendly and warm welcome. Food was amazing, their takes on Sunday roasts are brilliantly done. Perfectly cooked chicken and beef, lovely Yorkshires and rich gravy. Great service and wine choices. Our first time this afternoon but will definitely return

    The food is outstanding and so is the service>Staff are friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. The wine is pricey and didnt meet the quality of the rest of the experience

    Excellent service, although starters are small portions were delicious. We had the Roast Beef dinner but we had difficulty cutting it due the cutlery being blunt and meat being chewy. Overall a lovely dining experience but £18.00 for a pint of lager and bottle of coke for Marple Bridge sorry won't be returning.

    First time dining at Fold, food was honestly lovely … we had Sunday roast … server was great and explained the menu to us. The tables are far too close to each other though … ruined the experience. We couldn’t fit all the food on the table which was a little annoying. We could only hear there conversations around us and not our own. The food was NICE but the carrots were a little hard to cut in to and I was worried they would hit the diners on the table next to us so I left them, Beef was quite cold when we received it. But I would recommend this place. I just feel it wasn’t my day. The restaurant was very very cold, had to pop my coat on my shoulders whilst eating.
