Forage es un bistro local ubicado en West Cambridge a un lado de Harvard Square. El restaurante se ha asociado con agricultores locales, pescadores y recolectores, ofrece un menú único, local y de temporada, centrado en la calidad de los ingredientes, el cual es provocativo aunque accesible y saludable. Al frente del restaurante Forage se encuentran el propietario y gerente general Stan Hilbert, el chef Eric Cooper y el manager del bar Joe Choiniere. Los tres trabajaron juntos durante 7 años en el Ten Tables en Jamaica Plain.

Bear left at the lights and continue on to Concord Ave. Take a left at the next set of lights on Craigie St; we are on the right side of the street.

    Forage is such a gem. The perfect place for any occasion (or no occasion at all). Kindness, creativity, and passion paired with innovative preparation of honest food and beautiful wine makes every single dining experience here a little bit magical. xx

    There are very few upscale restaurant experiences for vegans in Boston that don't involve compromises. Forage is no compromises. We had the vegan tasting menu with the wine pairing and it was wonderful in every way. The service especially was knowledgeable and attentive without feeling overbearing. An excellent night.

    Forage, always incredible, was particularly innovative this Valentines weekend with dishes I won’t soon forget. We love everything about this place! The ever changing, seasonal menus and delightful staff make it easy to come back often! See you soon 💙

    We had such a nice time. The vegan tasting menu was delicious and our waiter was so knowledgeable and attentive. Thank you for such a wonderful evening! We can’t wait to come back :)

    Outstanding and flavorful cocktails, food that feels connected to the earth, and an independent ethos that turns their weird little basement into a bastion of hope and creative indulgences. A delightful spot!

    What an amazing, innovative and charming restaurant! The waitstaff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The food is sublime, we paired our dinner with unique and refreshing non- alcoholic drinks. We also sampled a couple of the wines by the glass which were excellent. We look forward to returning back for another meal on our next visit to Cambridge.
