   Waiter was slow, took forever to get one, never told us the specials, gave us drinks and took forever to come back. A manager i believe came and grabbed our appetizer orders. Our waiter was not good. Food was bland and room temp. The only thing that was hot was the pasta, meats were warm. This is our second and last time here unfortunately. They need to train their staff better and tell the chef to reevaluate the kitchen.

   Waiter service could have been a lot better. The waiter didn't bring our bread to the table nor was he attentive to our table regarding refilling drinks or any other request. The live music was good and the ambiance overall was good. We were seated quickly thanks to our reservation.

   Awesome everything at Frank and Dino’s! Chicken Milanese and Chicken Piccata were the best we’ve ever had! Top notch service!! Our first time there, definitely not our last! 😀

   Nice atmosphere and good food. Our server was horrible. He didn't know the drink menu at all, brought a bottle of red wine when we ordered white, forgot my mom's food, and then could not get the bill straight. It was graduation weekend so I assume they just hired who they could but he was never apologetic and just overall clueless. A manager never came to our table which is unusual at this level of restaurant.

    Enjoyed our Sunday night there. Great atmosphere and the food was yummy. I would recommend it and certainly go back.
