Fui con mi esposa a nuestra cena de aniversario, el lugar no estaba muy lleno cuando llegamos y nos ubicaron en una mesa cerca de la registradora un poco incómoda, después de 15min pedimos q nos cambiarán a otra mas comoda.. El servicio estuvo regular, nos atendió un señor con supuesto acento italiano y cola de caballo, un poco distraido ya que cuando nos trajo el primer apetizer le pedimos pan y se le olvido, al final de la cena pedimos la carta de postre y nos la dejo en la mesa y se fue a conversar con otras personas a otra mesa Como por mas de 25min hasta que me pedimos a otro mesero que nos trajera la cuenta.. En general estuvo bastante bien, solo tienen q prestar más atención al servicio.. No venden alcohol 😥😥😥I went with my wife to our anniversary dinner, the place was not very busy when we arrived and we were placed at a table near the cash register a bit uncomfortable, after 15min we asked to be moved to another more comfortable .. The service was average, We attended a gentleman with a supposed Italian accent and ponytail, a bit distracted since when he brought us the first apetizer we asked for bread and he forgot, at the end of the dinner we ordered the dessert menu and left it at the table and Went to talk with other people to another table As for more than 25 minutes until I asked another waiter to bring the bill .. Overall was pretty good, they just have to pay more attention to service .. Do not sell alcohol 😥😥

Great ambience with musicians and outdoor seating. Food was average (bread a little stale, tuna tartare too much sauce, my sausage pasta special didn’t look very appetizing and made me feel sick at night). The oddest part was the service - we had three people come and take our drink order and it took to the third one to even get out tap water filled, two servers were “sharing” our table but didn’t communicate with one another - they kept coming to ask same questions, both brought dessert menus. At the end of the night, one took our credit card and then the other came to get it…the second woman looked all worried and confused asking who took it, then went over to the hostess stand and asked someone else… then finally she ran into the server that took it, he said he didn’t have it, then he said he did and opened the check book and our card wasn’t in it, walked back into the restaurant and then three minutes later a NEW person came over kind of laughing saying we found your credit card. No one, not even any of the original servers or a manager, came over to apologize. We purposefully waited a bit to see. So now were are really hoping that someone didn’t steal the information. Overall, we won’t be coming back for a while.

Everything was very rushed, there was no time. After we ordered our starters arrived within minutes. Our mains were bought before we finished our starters and I had to finish my starter while the server stood holding my main. By the time I had then let me food settle to get onto my main it was tepid. Otherwise everything else was great and the had really good cocktails just a shame the service was so rushed

I experienced an outstanding meal at Fresco da Franco on Friday night. I had the special, Branzino crusted with pistachios with pesto and basil sauce over risotto. It was excellent. The branzino was flaky and the flavor was enhanced by the pesto sauce. Paired with the mint risotto made this an amazingly delicious meal. Kudos to Chef Marco and his assistant, Sergio, who came out to greet me so I could compliment the meal. The waitress,Tatiana was attentive and made the dining experience exceptional. See you next Friday.

The menu carries a variety of amazing selections, however, I wish the restaurant had more gluten-free pasta options (I suggest egg-less rigatoni, penne, etc), especially for vegan/vegetarians. I am a vegetarian/pescatarian who does not consume eggs and I was advised that all types of pastas at this restaurant are made with eggs. The ambiance is lovely and I like that it transitions to a night club afterwards!

I’m one of those snobby Italians who find it very hard to find amazing Italian food that I can’t make myself. Add in I’m a vegetarian and many times I’m disappointed with the menu and the actual vegetarian choices on it; some restaurants even give me attitude or visually become annoyed when I ask if they can make things vegetarian. This place not only had unique vegetarian options, but our server smiled when I asked if the choices were in fact vegetarian. It was clear I was not the first one there to ask this question and it was also clear that they are trying their best to cater to my kind. The rice balls were amazing and so were the stuffed zucchini flowers. I then had the zucchini flower risotto for my main meal. At first, I was a little disappointed because I assumed there would be pieces of zucchini flour in the risotto but instead it was risotto with cooked zucchini and one of the stuffed zucchinis that I had just had for appetizer on top. I chopped it up within, mixed it all around, and it was quite delectable. It just wasn’t what I was expecting. My husband ended up getting the shrimp in the spicy vodka sauce and ate every last bite. He said it wasn’t TOO spicy. He never eats every last bite! To finish off, we had the special vanilla bean ice cream with the balsamic reduction. It was to die for. Now the seating is very tight and if you’re in a two seater on one side with the booth, you’re basically sitting 2 feet from the people on your left and right. If you’re a bit larger, it’s almost impossible to stand up and fit through the little area to get out of the area. It was also quite loud because of the high volume of people in such close quarters. We did have to wait a while for our server to get us our ice cream which seemed ironic since you don’t really have to cook it. We made sure to give our card when she brought the bill. This was 5:45 on a Saturday. I’m not sure what it’s like at other times. Overall, we left very happy, and you will too.

Everything was very slow and haphazard. It took us forever to simply get a wine order in. Understaffed — uncomfortably so. The timing of the food was a mess, and the quality of the food didn’t make up for the headaches or the wait. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Utter disappointment.
