   Frischer Fisch und erfrischende Atmosphäre. Unverstaubter Luxus mit gut gemischtem Publikum und Blick auf die Kant-Straße. Eingespielte und sehr aufmerksame Betreuung von der Reservierung bis zum Aufbruch.

   I am sorry to say but in contrast to previous visits the staff was more interested in cleaning tables than attending to the needs of the clients. We waited too long for our orders and felt ignored. This is regrettable since the food is excellent. I will definitely go there again. I hope that the quality of service will change.

   The food was absolutely amazing, no doubt about that! But for me, the vibe of a restaurant really matters, and there were a few things that threw it off. I had requested a cozy table since it was my partner’s birthday, but we ended up in a corner in the back room—definitely not cozy. Plus, the lighting in there was this harsh neon, which didn’t help. Our waitress was pretty typical for Germany—cold and not very helpful. That said, the rest of the staff were super sweet and attentive, which was a nice contrast. Overall, it was a good experience, but the ambience just felt a bit off.

   Food was really good. I love octopus and my wife enjoyed the gambas. Service was attentive, ambience was casual and great. Just became a bit loud when tables were filled. Only odd part was we were reminded that there was a 2 hr limit, and were given 7 minutes to settle. We were not allowed to order our desserts or even complete the meal with dessert takeout of the chocolate cubes. The tables with 2 and 4 guests who had later reservations, actually received their entrees ahead of us, yet we were rushed. We were a party of 3 only, my wife and I ordered salads. My niece’s order was the tuna on risotto. Was it because we were behind the wall, unseen, or I asked for more bread? I’ll still return when I’m back in Berlin, hopefully in more relaxed conditions.

   Wie immer ein schönes Erlebnis: best Fisch, best taste, best service. Und alle immer so gut gelaunt. Sehr wohltuend und einfach richtig Charlottenburg 🩷

   Food was incredible! Sea Bream ceviche is to die for!! Server was bubbly and very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back when we’re next in Berlin!
