The food & service were very good. My request not to be by a large party due to hearing issues (a disability) was definitely not met, there was a party of 14 nearby. Besides being extremely loud, kids were running around. I could not fully enjoy a night out with hubby, because they refused to sit me downstairs away from this large party.

Sorry that you felt that you were not accommodated. You may not have realized it but when you booked your table on OpenTable the only availability was upstairs. We seated you in a separate room where you were unaffected by the large reservation. If you choose to return, please call to request the first floor and we will work hard to accommodate you. First time at the restaurant, love the ambience and our waiter was great. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. I will be back. We had lots of fun. Stay there for very long and they were kind enough to let us sit for five hours chatting with our friends and having some laughs.

This wine pairing was the very best wine pairing I have ever attended! The hostess, Elena Barberani, was an absolute delight! Elena is approachable, warm, inviting & so lovely to speak with. The Barberani wine is superb. Each course wine was wonderful. My two favorites were the Luigi e’ Giovanna (I have never tasted a white as this wine - My friend Debbie refers to it as the white Caymus!”) The Fresco Sangiovese was absolutely the best I’ve ever had. Needless to say I ordered a couple bottles of each and I’m happy to know that I can continue ordering from Gargiulos’s when I run out. I can’t complete this experience until I discuss the menu. The food was out of this world!!! From the fried prawns over cauliflower risotto with an herb-caper sauce to the roasted garlic, herb, crusted ribeye with potatoes au gratin, I was in heaven. As always, the food was amazing. The service is always impeccable and the drinks are amazing and the price for the food is very reasonable thank you and we will definitely be back.

We had lunch today with my family. Food was delicious! Burrata sandwiches and salad were amazing. It was our second time here and we really enjoy this restaurant.

Our first time at this restaurant. We ate at the bar and had a great experience with our Bartender Joe. He was very attentive, explained everything and was a very energetic person making the experience enjoyable. We also met the owner, Vic who happened to be next to us with a couple originally from Brooklyn. He introduced himself and welcomed us to the restaurant and we had a nice conversation with him throughout the night. By the way the couple from Brooklyn were also great people! We had the baked clams as an appetizer and my wife had the Halibut and I had the Pappardelle with a lamb ragu. All we can say is it was outstanding! No doubt we will return as it was an overall great time!
