the pizza was not tasty, we ordered a pizza with salami for our child, the dough was thin that it did not hold the pizza and everything was wet, the salami was smelling, the child did not eat, we ordered two pizzas Mofi Lauren and with Mortadela, it was also not tasty, the dough also had a strange smell, it was very thin and there was no desire to eat the pizza to the end. we ordered water, they brought a carafe of water, the glasses for water were dirty. we sat for 60 euros, when we said that the pizza was not tasty, they did not even apologize to us, we paid the full bill. the cappuccino was tasty. We love this chain of establishments, we often go to Baden-Baden, there is always great service and food. but here everything was very bad.

Our Neapolitan pizza is traditionally made with a thin, airy dough and fresh, high-quality ingredients, but it sounds like something was not quite right for you. We had our anniversary, enjoyed some Pizza and drinks. Unfortunately, the (senior?) waitress seemed a bit pretentious. She forgot our appatizers, later on asked again for the kind of Pizza I ordered and drinks came simultaneously with the Pizza after about 30 minutes. Since we did not get pur appatizers yet, we asked for them first. The waitress asked again what kind of appatizers were ordered. Sadly, they brought back the same Pizza 10-15 Minutes later, in that time the Pizza has already cooled down. After we claimed that the Pizza's already coldish, we got two new Pizzas. Sparkling water was ordered, still water was brought and we claimed that as well. All in all, food and drinks were good and the second (junior) waitress was really nice. The Aperol Sour was nice, but about 4-5 sips for 12,- € is too much. Pizzas are delicious, but vary in price.

Service was great, pizzas were fresh and gave me nostalgia over my Italian holidays. The restaurant is quite small inside and the tables were too close together. Besides this, Ginas is a must! Pizza perfection! 😗🤌🏽
