両親がお世話になりました。スタッフさんが素晴らしいと話してくれました。お料理も、雰囲気も良く、良い時間を過ごせたとお話しが止まりませんでした。両親に素敵な時間をありがとうございました！

I was happy that they customized my menu after noting all my (many) allergies. Very careful preparation; no mistakes or missed ingredients.

素晴らしいお料理とワインのペアリング、お店の雰囲気もとても良く、思わず他のお客様とも話が弾んで楽しい時間を過ごせました。また京都に行く際には訪れたいと思います。

カウンターで料理を作られてるところなども見れてとても臨場感があり一品一品とても素材を大切にされていて凄く美味しくて🤤 周りのお客様を含めお店の雰囲気なども最高でした⭐️ 大切な人と素敵な時間を過ごせました⭐️ ありがとう御座います😊

二度目の来店でした。とにかく好きなものしか出てこないので、私の大好きなお店です。メニューはコースが２つのみ。けっしてお安くありませんが、良いものをふんだんに使っています。カウンター内のスタッフさんも丁寧でサービスよく対応してくれて、トークも抜群！お料理が一層美味しくなりました。慣れない京都での、翌日の観光コースまで丁寧に地図を描いてくださいました。暖かいおもてなしをしてくれる素晴らしいお店です。京都に行った際には、絶対にまた行きたいです‼︎

Gion Vitra was the best dining experience of our trip to Japan, by far. Exceptional food, service and general hospitality, combined with a beautiful interior where you can tell that every individual item was selected carefully and deliberately to create the perfect ambience. Each dish is exquisitely prepared, served to you by the most wonderfully warm and attentive staff. Would 100% visit again when next in Kyoto.

お友だちの紹介で伺いました。もちろん、地元の食材・旬に拘った料理お友だちの紹介で伺いました。もちろん、地元の食材・旬に拘った料理（仕上げに季節もので燻製するステーキ！）、デザート（ブルーチーズのチーズケーキ！）とも素晴らしかったのですが、何と言ってもマネージャーさん・シェフをはじめ、感じの良いスタッフが提供してくれる“ホスピタリティ”が最高！オーナーがブライダル関係の方らしく、「一期一会で最高のおもてなしをしよう」という姿勢が本当によく伝わりました。
