   First time we have visited Giraffe and it was great. Food was amazing. Katsu curry was wonderful and the waffles and caramelised banana with ice cream and choc and toffee sauce was devine . So pleased we ate here and will definitely be back. Thank you 😊

   After being told that the restaurant hadn’t received our booking they were more than happy to accommodate us. This was not the restaurants fault. There was a very speedy service, didn’t have to wait a the server was very friendly. The food was delicious an I would definitely recommend. If I had one gripe it would be the selection of desserts. There are too many chocolate options for me. Maybe scrap either the cake or the brownie man’s offer something else

   Excellent service, we had a table booked and were running late. I called the restaurant and they held our table for us. Good choice of food, served efficiently. Food was hot and tasty. Please remove the app QR code from the tables though as it doesn’t work and you know it doesn’t.

   The atmosphere was lively with lots of people. The food was very nice too. But what made it such an enjoyable visit were the staff. They were exceptionally friendly and well-organised - really lovely people.

   Me and my partner had a lovely meal on 13.9.24 before the Texas concert. The food was good along with the service received by our waitress.

   The food was really nice, cocktails we had were awful... For some reason starters were brought with mains and we had no opportunity to eat everything warm, we struggled with space on the table as there was 4 of us. Of course I understand that the noise level would be higher considering the location.

   Good variety of food including English cuisine. Excellent allergens menu and clear guide to what was accessible for nut, egg and milk allergen sufferers. Easily accessible for Birmingham New Street - staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

   Polite and friendly staff. Very kind and patient with me and my daughter. The food came to us quickly and was delicious! The waitress came to check on us after we received the food. Lovely staff, we wish there were more Giraffe restaurants around the country, we would definitely like to visit again
