La atención es muy buena. Sin embargo quedé decepcionado del sabor de los alimentos. Las entradas fantásticas. Los platillos principales dejan mucho que desear. Pan frío y algunos casi quemados. Pedí que me cambiaran el pan del sándwich de carne y queso. Para lo que ve uno en los programas de chef Gordon, esto no va a corre a lo que promueven. No me Quedaron ganas de regresar. Aún que insisto. La atención y cordialidad de los chicos es buena. Los alimentos principales no merecen la pena. (En mi humilde opinión) Si usted piensa ir por lo que ve en los programas. Está bien. Por la anécdota. Solamente!!! Suerte !!!

La comida deliciosa, fue un poco tardado el tiempo de solera para recibir los alimentos pero estos estaban deliciosos. El aire acondicionado estaba algo alto

Amazing experience for my wife and my 5 year anniversary! We are big Ramsay fans, and have been anxiously waiting to try his restaurant in Naperville but it was a bit out of our price range at the moment, so we were very excited to to go to his burger bar ! Amazing service, atmosphere, and the food was phenomenal! We can’t wait to return !

It was a decent experience, I loved my truffle burger however my wife didn’t like the abc burger because of the soggy tomatoes. Drinks are good, and service is great. I’d definitely recommend a stop here .

All they have is burgers and they don’t know how to cook them. Order a well done burger and you get it raw.

We loved it, only complaint would be our server forgot about us because he was running bar and waiting our table. I made reservations for 1pm, we were seated right away. We were very excited, we are both huge Gordon Ramsey fans and were just soaking up the ambiance. Because he forgot to put our food in, I believe they rushed the order. Her burger came out medium rare vs medium, which wasn't a huge issue as she still enjoyed it. He also gave us a free drink to compensate and apologized. Short of that I would have gave the experience 5 out of 5. He was very nice about everything, but this is my honest review.

We recently dined at Gordon Ramsay Burger Bar in Chicago for lunch. We had the Hell’s Kitchen burger and truffle fries, paired with an Old Fashioned and a Michelada. The Hell’s Kitchen burger was absolutely fantastic—juicy, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The combination of rich meat, spicy jalapeños, and creamy avocado really made it stand out. The truffle fries were a perfect complement, crispy and seasoned to perfection. However, despite the nice staff, the service was very slow, especially considering how quiet the restaurant was for a lunch crowd. Our server was very nice, but it was evident that the restaurant caters more to a tourist crowd and lacks the high expectations typical of the Chicago dining scene. This detracted from the overall experience, which is unfortunate given the quality of the food.

The only issue I had was the drying machine for the restroom, if only they had paper towels. Literally my only issue. Gordon can do absolutely no wrong, I will be returning…SOON

Liked our burgers. The Beer Cheese soup was good but it came out cold and we had to send it back. Service was slow and it was not busy.
