   Gordon Street Burger. Their burgers 🍔 are always good. The burger 🍔 I had Ménage A Trois was delicious. The hospitality this evening was splendid 10/10, I call that first class service.

   Very overpriced. Poor service. My wife’s burger was, at best, served lukewarm. The toilets were an absolute disgrace. We didn’t have a drink because the prices were, frankly, ludicrous…£11 for a small glass (175ml) of wine! West End prices, without the West End experience, food or service. They should get that guy from Kitchen Nightmares in to sort it out.

   A great place for son’s 16th birthday, pre theatre meal, in his words ‘the best burger he’s had!’ Such great service too, we can’t thank Oliver enough, such a lovely chap! The surprise and super tasty sticky toffee pudding was the icing on the cake!

   I had the short rib burger and it was excellent and full of flavour, my wife had the half rack of ribs, which she is always pleased about as she finds it difficult to eat a full rack. We also had onion rings, I was delighted to see they were real whole rings and not mush, but they were a little greasy. In all a nice meal, also out of my favourite Blue moon beer, but Bavarian alternates good!

   I had read the reviews before going and recognised they weren’t great, but really have to say this failed to live up to expectations. If you are planning to go and expect because it has Gordon Ramsey’s name on it, it will be good- don’t. This is an average burger place, that charges a premium for a burger that is a little better than GBK and not as good as an honest burger, but charges substantially more than an Honest Burger.

   Service and staff was really good. However the burger was extremely disappointing. The patty is so small/thin that I had to check they hadn't forgotten it. And so the only thing you really taste is the brioche roll and sauce - both good, but the burger is adding nothing. The dirty fries were good, but it is an extra £4.25! A McDonalds burger is probably better… and that is before you think about the price. We had 1 adult burger with dirty fries, 2 kids burgers, a can of IPA (which was good) and a bottle of water. Total was £55… didn't feel like a £55 meal. Have to reiterate the staff were lovely and engaging.

   Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Food very mediocre and not even brought out to all 7 of us the same time. Which when the restaurant wasn’t even busy is unacceptable. Can’t believe Gordon Ramsey would be happy with the food being served in his name. Will not be returning. £250 for a meal for 6 adults and 1 child.

    Staff were lovely. Some dishes were unavailable. Not cheap.
