Our Tapas Bar & Restaurant blends Spanish style dishes with Australian native ingredients to create a unique menu of Tapas, Paella and hearty Mains. Our Head Chef and owner Laura also has quite a love affair with Patisserie which shows in our extensive dessert menu.

GK is the place where food brings people together. We make absolutely everything in-house using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. With a focus on bold flavours and creative textures, our dining menu caters to every taste, offering seafood, meat, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. We had a truly lovely lunch at GK today. The food was all delicious and the service from Laura and her team was warm and friendly. My mother had the Barramundi, which was cooked to perfection, my nephew had the kids Chicken strips raved about his crispy potatoes and my niece enjoyed ordering off the Tapas menu, devouring Beef brisket tacos, Charred corn & mozzarella croquettes and some shared meatballs. Every dish was so tasty and fast to come out (which was great as the kids are always impatient for food!) This restaurant is definitely a new favourite!

With our 4-person table including 2 chefs & 1 aspiring chef... The menu set us up for a lovely dining experience. The service was friendly and happy, cocktails were fun and tasty, and every mouthful of tapas was delicious. We tried probably 75% of the tapas menu and can't fault a single dish. The meatballs are next level, the patatas bravas had just a lovely amount of heat in the sauce and the beef brisket tacos were a taste explosion. We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu soon! Highly recommended this restaurant for your next meal out with friends or family!

One of the best restaurants. Couldn’t complain about anything. They even had so many vegetarian options and food tasted amazing.

Super special find with wonderfully unique character in Moonee Ponds! We wanted to try GK as a fun date night restaurant to see if it might be a fun date activity with the cooking class options at a later date. The space is full of eclectic charm and interesting design features. The menu has a variety of tapas options that could suit different palates and taste preferences. I especially enjoyed the beets as a vegan option. The sauce on the cauliflower bombas was fantastic. My partner found the brisket tacos and crispy potatoes to be delicious. He also said the entree size of the calamari was quite generous.

The food was terrific and staff were very helpful. The only downside ,it was noisy as there were a lot of people in the room.

We were there during Happy Hour till dinner on a Friday night. There was not a single soul who stepped in. The ambience is great and inviting. The food though was average. The prices were too expensive for what we got. We went for tapas platter for 2 which has the cauliflower bomba, prawn, olives, tapas and wagyu meatballs. Everything were average, nothing special but the cauliflower bomba was the worse. I don’t know what it is. It’s sticky, gooey ball. No resemblance of cauliflower. We ordered the duck as main. That’s the best so far in the menu. But would not compete with restaurants in the city. We also had the passionfruit bomba set. We are not stoked but at least our daughter loved it. Sorry for the review, we really wanted to like it. Overall we enjoyed because we get to enjoy a meal together in peace.
