I’m giving two stars because our waiter and the manager were great. The ambiance gets the second star. Cool building great views however the food killed one star. The wait time for food and drink killed another. The dirtiness of the bathrooms take away another star. Food- Had to send two 22oz ribeyes back. Ordered medium rare and the first came out 30 seconds short of being a hockey puck. Next one came out and I think it was cooked for a total of 30 seconds as it was so raw the steak knife wouldn’t even cut through it. Lobster bisque was good but lukewarm at best. Smashed potatoes could’ve used some seasoning and they were very hot either. Are the scallops but they were a little overcooked and chewy. On the bright side everyone else enjoyed their food but disappointing to have a $105 steak dinner and didn’t get to eat it. Thankfully it was comped. Wait time for food was crazy long despite the place not being very busy. We were there for just over two total hours. Cocktails also came after a long wait. Bathrooms were dirty and unkept. Too nice of a place to have them not attended to constantly. Again thank you to the manager for comping the dinner and a drink. Still would have been nice to be able to eat dinner big after the long waits for the food originally I wasn’t waiting any longer. Definitely would not go back after this experience

Went on a Sunday evening- maybe not the best time. Ordered spicy tuna roll appetizer to share with gluten-free companions. After LONG wait, told the sushi chef had left for the day. Comped shrimp cocktail replacement was not the freshest. Well over an hour from order to serving! Server was non-communicative dropping things on our table with no comment as she “ran” by. Food was pretty good with nothing really outstanding but certainly not bad. Drinks/wine were nice. NOT inexpensive at over $200 for 3. Cool place so conditionally recommended.

Everything was good from a food and service perspective but the music was loud and it was like eating in a refrigerator!!

My husband and I went go Sunday Brunch every year For our anniversary. We sit in the River Room, it’s very bright and not as busy. Brunch has a nice variety of Choices. I enjoy the prime rib which is perfectly medium rare. My husband’s favorite it the Banana Foster. He ate two bowls! What made this anniversary brunch spectacular was our server Neil. He was attentive, personable and knowledgeable about the history of the restaurant. He brought us Mango Sorbet with candles. It was on a serving dish spelling Happy Anniversary in chocolate! Neil made us feel special. It’s the little things which bring us back for our annual celebration.

Food was excellent but it could have been hotter. Lobster bisque was like warm. Potato also warm not hot Crab cake was the best

We had reservations, the restaurant was not busy when we were there, yet our meals took quite long to arrive. One of our party kept being told “they were still working on” her; odd because four of the seven of us ordered the same thing. When food finally arrived most of it was cold. One diner sent his back to heat, waited long, it came back cold again. It was a special birthday with out of state guests and it was so disappointing.

Food was very good. Our waitress was wonderful. I did feel a bit sorry for her. She had several large parties at the same time. She still managed to be attentive and welcoming and fun. We were in the River Room, so the view was great!

Our server, Amber, was a delight! The food was exceptional and we loved the beautiful architecture of the historical building!
