    Clearly they were understaffed. We waited for 30 minutes for a bottle of wine and about the same for our dinners. Which came out lukewarm and the broccolini was cold!! It will be a long time before I return!!

    Out of stock on a number of items on the menu. Bread came out after meal was served and it was hard. Food was not worth the expense. Server did a great job.

    Beautiful historic building in a wonderful location but management has a lot of work to do. The food was just ok and the service was terrible. The staff were friendly when you could find them but dinner for a group of six took three hours.

    We were disappointed with the experience. When we arrived there was no host and a sign saying please seat yourself. After seating ourselves, I went to speak to the manager. I explained that I expected more from a higher end restaurant especially when we had reservations and it was for a special occasion. Service was kind of slow and there was a mix up with our food. We also had an issue when we were paying our bill. Our anniversary dinner took over two hours.

    Seemed as though the restaurant was falling apart around us. I asked about recommendations and they suggested a fish that they ended up not having. Then brought not only the wrong dish out… but something that wasn’t even on the menu? The waiter asked if we wanted bread and then never brought any. Drink menu had pages missing they had to go grab for us. Dirty silverware had to be swapped out. When I mentioned they had brought the wrong dish… they offered to grab the manager to make things right… and then the manager never came. The food that we did get was very good and the venue is gorgeous. But I would not come back again or recommend to anyone else. The experience was insulting to have spent pretty good money on something when they clearly did not care about us.

    Waitress was lovely, however, the service was slow for drinks. Some items on the buffet needed switched out to be fresh. Noted birthday in the occasion, but it was not acknowledged.
