    Me pareció un muy buen lugar para cenar, excelente calidad principalmente en la comida y el servicio. Comí una ensalada y pulpo, ambos deliciosos. Se preocuparon por enviar a una persona extra para atenderme en mi idioma (español) y constantemente verificaban que todo estuviera bien. Hice reservación en línea, fue fácil y la respetaron.

    The main course and salads were expensive. The hanger steak was good at $44. Both the chicken and steak were salty. My partner thought the brussel sprouts were overdone and Parmesan bread pudding dry. It was very noisy when we arrived but quieted down after one large table left. The bartender provided excellent service. They provided a scoop of ice cream gratis for a birthday.

    It was just a little surprising that both of the lasagna that came out had black burnt pieces. So they had to be cut off cause that was gross and I didn’t expect that.

    Everything Grata does is done well. The menu offers something for everyone. It is not an exaggeration to say that Grata sets the standard for the Windsor food scene.

    While my meal was excellent the ambiance was poor. We tried to sit on the patio but there were two different stations/songs playing at the same time and they could not figure out how to turn one off. We went inside and tried to find a somewhat quiet spot to eat but there weren’t any. There was a corner away from the main part of the dining room that was a little better so we sat there. Since there wasn’t anything soft to muffle the sound and the tables were close together it was loud. Even tablecloths would have helped a little, I hope they consider using them in the future. If you don’t mind a loud restaurant you will probably love the food. I got the steak and my husband got the chicken parmesan, both were great.

    Server was informative and knowledgeable about the menu with good recommendations. Food came out quickly and with good quality. One of my favorite restaurants to go to and consistently good.
