Had a fantastic meal! They made a great effort for my brother's birthday. Our table for 8 was in a semi-private area upstairs which was lovely. Food and service were great!

Disappointed as had been recommended. They made an error on our order, and the manager seemed unwilling to accept any responsibility. There was no offer to correct the order or deduct meal. Errors happen, but how they are dealt with is important.

Tried griddle bar for first time. The breakfast options were really good and the full English was lovely and good value. Would definitely recommend. Can't wait to try their steak/burgers!

Absolutely stunning meal along with delightful staff. We both enjoyed a Ribeye, sides of truffle mash, bacon bits green beans, fries and a bottle of their house Malbec. As much as we would have like more of everything because it was so nice. It was a great meal, well cooked. We went after the busy rush of lunch as we have a newborn, they accommodated us and our pram and even gifted us a dessert on the house as it was my parters birthday. We shall return and get through the menu!

As a stake house they should be able to cook one correctly we had to send both of ours back as one was overcooked and the other one under cooked. On the second attempt one was ok and the other one was still under cooked. There was only three tables in the restaurant at this time so I would have expected the steaks to be cooked to perfection, overall food was nice but ashame that I could cook a steak better at home than what I received at this restaurant.

Food was great but the service could be improved. The restaurant was practically empty but the waitress walked off before I had finished my order! I then had to get her attention several times throughout our visit as she wasn’t looking to see if we needed anything - just face straight ahead. It’s a bit of a shame as the food is really nice - the first time I had lunch with my wife we spent around 115 pounds, and for that sort of money I expect the staff to be attentive. Hopefully these are just teething issues as it’s a great addition to the Ely food scene.

Roxy and the team gave very good service and the wait for food was very minimal. Food was excellent. The only reason they get a reduced score is that we didn't get any water but the staff were distracted by a customer being quite irritating about how his food was cooked, it looked ok to me. We also had a knife that wasn't sharp enough to cut steak. Will definitely go back. We both had the ribeye and couldn't fault it. The beer was also very good.

Lovely flat iron steak. Lovely cauliflower. Lovely chips. Just one dessert though. And not much wine to choose from

Food was nice but walking through the bar to get to the bathroom surrounded by staff was a bit odd. Sauces and sides were expensive. Atmosphere was ok - when a strange guy was staring through the window watching us all and making us feel a bit uncomfortable so was a bit off putting. Staff moved him in after locking the door. Was an ok meal but for the pricing expected a little better.
