Our appetizers didn’t arrive and by the time we asked about them, they were brought out with our main courses. We asked for them to take them back and remove from the bill. Our drinks were not refilled. My main course was not hot and another person’s fries were cold. Overall disappointed with the experience.

Didn't feel like the holidays at all. Atmosphere was missing! Food and service were both very good. Value was good, especially with Happy Hour. The Rewards Program is an added plus. Patio had the side shades down on a cooler night, and that felt a bit claustrophobic although it was comfortably warm, aided by the heaters. I'd call it a mixed visit from a restaurant we usually rave about!

We has asked for a booth and got it. Service - bar was crowded so drinks took a little longer than usual. Food came out right away, and hot. Our server, Drake, was friendly and efficient. The Asian style wings appetizer was excellent. The 8 oz. Prime Rib and twice baked potato was great. Cooked to my liking. The braised short rib dinner was good and large portion, (my husband could not finish the portion.)

Very noisy - could not hear others at the table. Appetizers were good but the prime rib was overcooked, daughter’s pasta was bland and my fish was cold. Only the jambalaya was deemed edible. Our waiter was gone for long periods of time and didn’t bring the second order of drinks until after we’d finished our meals. So many good reviews but I would not recommend - maybe just too busy with the holidays?

Great service and excellent food. We initially sat outside, but it was a bit cool and they graciously moved us to a table indoors. Will definitely return!

Our server, Cassidy, was wonderful! It was a beautiful afternoon to sit outside and enjoy the weather and people watch.

There were a lot of people there, having weddings rehearsal dinners, Xmas parties so it was quite loud. Service was fine, grouper sandwich was very good, hubby got osso buco and it was good but the veggies were not cooked (asparagus). Overall it was good.
