The Guest House Grill in Atascadero serves up comfort food in a saloon setting. There's a garden patio with outdoor seating when the weather permits. At the Guest House Grill, you can choose from a number of starters, such as fried calamari, chicken Caesar salad, Ahi salad and more. The main courses include meatloaf, filets, burgers and pasta options like the Spinach and Gorgonzola ravioli. There are daily specials such as Fridays and Saturdays Prime Rib, Sunday Brunch. Nicole was a great waitress. Love Guest House especially the Happy Hour. We had the Brussel Sprouts and I had the Peanut Butter Old Fashioned.

I ordered the chicken Caesar salads which was very good. My friend ordered the tuna melt which was not very good at all. The server did offer to bring something different so my friend got what I had. I appreciated that the server did that.

Third time here, we stop on our way down 101 from the Bay Area. Food is generally good, service always a bit slow but everyone is kind. Guest House burger and fish tacos are our favorites.

Guest House Grill is a great local neighborhood restaurant. They have a variety of seating both indoors and under a patio or outside so there are a lot of selections. The food is very good each time we go and we go about 4-6 weeks. The service is always spot on and very friendly. Great place for both lunch and dinners. At this time it is so pretty decorated for the christmas holiday.

Wonderful place and food is outstanding. We took my Mom for her 92nd birthday and she couldn’t have been more delighted . Highly recommend!!

I come here often, at least once a month for either lunch, dinner, or appetizers. I was so happy to see they brought back All You Can Eat Spaghetti night on Mondays, so made plans with friends to meet there. The bartender was new and was spending an inordinate amount of time concocting some new cocktail for a patron at the bar, so it took longer than usual to get our drinks. The restaurant was sparsely populated, pretty sure everyone else was outdoors, and there was plenty of staff. Three out of four of us decided to order the spaghetti - nice salad, noodles, sauce and alleged bread. The dressing container was empty, there was no bread, so I mentioned it to our server. All three of us had to ask again to replenish the bread. This was not my usual experience with this restaurant, and I encouraged my friends to come back and give it another try. As for me, I shan't be going back for spaghetti and hope next time the service is what I've come to know and love at GHG.
