Gum Bistro is a casual, fun and approachable restaurant located in West End. Serving simple, honest dishes cooked to showcase the fantastic produce available to us in Queensland.

Gum Bistro is located on land of the Jagera and Turrbal people. We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians, and Elders past, present and future, of the lands on which we work and live, and further acknowledge, thank and pay respect to the Traditional Owners of the land in the multitude of Aboriginal countries across Australia from which so many of our products come from.

Charming all round with a special mention to wait staff, fresh produce cooked with love, great dining experience at Gum Bistro - even on a rainy evening and sitting outside.

One of my new favourites in Brisbane! This was the second time I have visited and it was even better than the first time. Consistently amazing food and the service is delightful. I will be coming here a lot now!

Fair food quantity with high price end, poor service with deliver water later than 10 mins, good vibes restaurant but that’s about it

Gum has deteriotated since we were last there. Service very average and dish coordination out of the kitchen terrible. We will not return.

Wonderful meal again at Gum Bistro. Sunday lunch at Gum Bistro means welcoming service and great food and drinks. You can't go wrong picking anything on the food and the drinks menu. Our mains were the Fish, Quail and Vegetable Gratin. All beautifully prepared, cooked and tasted fabulous. An extensive drinks list and an extended wine list means you can be sure that anything you feel like drinking is covered. A very enjoyable lunch!
