   I have dined at many fine establishments, but this particular restaurant has been the best thus far. The ambiance and service were impeccable. The staff was highly professional and attentive. The decor of the space was stunning. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend this restaurant.

   Great service, food and ambience. We go to H & W for special occasions. The manager, Michael and the staff remember us. Highly recommend H & W!

   I have heard great things about H&W so, we decided to give it a try for Mother’s Day this year. I must say that I am never going back and will stick to Frankies. It was one of the worst $500 spent in a while. One would think that a restaurant of this caliber would be prepared for the holiday rush. Was the census different from previous years? The service was slow. They ran out of items. Our food was lukewarm, and we had to ask for refills & condiments several times. My husband asked me not to mention this but, I feel like it’s important to note that we felt discriminated against. It was noticeable that better service & attention was provided to tables around us.

   Went here for Mother’s Day dinner. Had probably the best steak I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!!

   I’ve been here before when they first open and the experience and food was amazing. Yesterday, we waited over 40 min for food which is fine, but the food was “average” this time. This is a first for H & W. Ambiance was amazing as usual. Staff attentive for the most part, but there were times we were really thinking about inquiring about the timeframe for food/drinks. It’s still considered one of my favorite steakhouses in Atlanta area.

   What a gem of a place. Wonderful experience. This place doesn't take a backseat to any place in Buckhead, Midtown or anywhere else in Atlanta. Excellent Service from the valets when we got there until we left. Food was outstanding.

   We have been wanting to try H&W for months after going to Frankie’s (sister restaurant) a few weeks ago as we live over an hour away. The restaurant is beautiful and the ambiance is great so we had high expectations. Our server could have made the experience memorable for us but she was so pushy with the upsells. We were a party of four and we each ordered appetizers, a bottle of wine, and entrees and sides. The server asked if we wanted a salad. My daughter and I shared the 12 ounce steak and we still weren’t able to finish. We also ordered desert and when we finished our server asked if we wanted another glass of wine! None of us felt that she treated us as valued guests but just dollar signs, however her assistant Kevin was awesome, very friendly, personable, and very pleasant. We would have had a fantastic time if Kevin was our server. The best steak was my son in law’s who ordered the Spiralli Ribeye at $100 and that was the best steak, however I can go to Capital Grille and get a fantastic filet for much less and have a consistently great experience. Perhaps if we had a server that wasn’t as pushy and seemed totally focused on the amount of our check, the experience would have been different, but when you hype a place so much and it’s pricey- then you have automatically set very high expectations. As we don’t live close, not sure that we could give it a second chance.

    Service was absolutely top tier. They were absolutely amazing. Nothing on the menu was bad, cooked to perfection
