We dined on a busy week night. The place was busy but not full. The staff were friendly and welcoming when we first arrived. The food was delicious yet they must be short staffed on the night as the service was chaotic and slow. First order of drinks took ages and the rest of the night did not get better. The staff seems overwhelmed and often it was difficult to get their attention for another round of drinks. Twice we had to chase our drink orders and wrong food arrived on our table. We really like the food but it was a frustrating night with the poor service.

Authentic Mexican cuisine with excellent service! The banquet was ordered and came with many delicious and well presented dishes. The dishes are fresh, flavorful, and bursting with spice, especially the tacos, elotes and mains (chicken was fantastic). The timing was just right and the handcrafted cocktails and festive atmosphere were a bonus. The staff is friendly and attentive, making for a great dining experience. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

the food and the cocktails are amazing the service is also really good - the only thing we realise is they took so long to bring our drinks to the table, however, all the experience was 12/10. we looking forward to go back

Food was delicious but the service or rather lack thereof was really disappointing. A lot of miscommunication and the food too far too long to come out, as well as not in order making the meal less enjoyable. Poor effort given it was relatively quiet on a Monday night. Very slow on service. We were not informed of Happy Hour despite arriving before 6pm and had to speak to the manager to get it honoured.

Such as beautiful experience! I celebrated my bday there and it was much more better than I expected. I really love the cocktails and agua de Horchata. The meals and snacks were so good. it was a explosion of flavors, and real mexican taste. The service was extraordinary and welcoming, they really make you feel like in mexico. Highly recommended!

The food is spectacular. Nice to come across a Mexican restaurant that deviates from the formulaic menu options. The staff were great as well.

Booked for Valentines, had no idea there was a set menu until we'd already sat down. Set menu didn't list the price anywhere either. No communication between the wait staff and the kitchen, took 30 mins to receive some little dip thing then nothing for another 45 minutes. We didn't get to pick our mains and received them before entrees. Food overall was unsatisfactory for the price and wait times were way too long and we were never asked if we wanted anything to drink. Once the food finally started arriving kitchen staff kept coming over to our area with double ups that every table had already received and sending them back. Also... crickets in a corn entree dish(which was cold?) Is crazy on a set menu without the English translation. Very unhappy with the night and the only redeeming quality was the manners of the hostess and waiter in white trying to hold it together.

An unforgettable dining experience - the worst meal I’ve had in Melbourne. Booked a one-hour Valentine’s sitting (8-9pm), yet we weren’t seated for 20 minutes. No menus or water for another 20 minutes. Orders were taken incorrectly, drinks were wrong, and we waited over an hour for our first starter (avocado and bread). The $90pp portions were shockingly small, bland, and barely warm. Waitstaff repeatedly asked us to confirm our order two hours after we placed it. Mains arrived late, and dessert was served while we were still eating. By this point, it was nearly 11:30pm—clearly, they wanted us gone. The mezzanine view was nice, but the blaring 90s/00s house/rap music ruined any romantic atmosphere. We got a 20% discount, but this level of service deserved much more. Felt like a prison sentence rather than a special night. Definitely unforgettable, but for all the wrong reasons. Never coming back.

Went on valentine's day for dinner as a couple. It was obvious the restaurant had booked way too many people for dinner than they could comfortably cater for. Had the set menu, multiple dishes didn’t turn up and had to ask for them repeatedly before desert was served. Had to order/ask for drinks four times before they came an hour later. The actual food was mostly ok, some of it delicious but let down by the inability to serve the guests sadly. I’m sure on a quiet evening the experience would be better

Very interesting version of Mexican. Was extremely high in taste and depth of flavours. A bit pricey overall but the food was excellent. The complimentary spiced pineapple pieces were very surprising. You think chillie and spice on a slice of pineapple, no way. But it works and extremely well.
