For this level of dining I expected more, even a little more. Second visit because group insisted. Less than a year ago I was underwhelmed by food and service and did not want to return. Thought maybe we hit a bad night. Food was served room temperature, not hot. The charred cauliflower and rigatoni came out when meal for 7 almost done without any apologies. The Waygu beef was overcooked and poorly flavored. Pasta dish overcooked. Not once was our water glasses filled and since food was over salted I was sooo thirsty. Waitress never came by to see if our meal was adequate.

We dined at Halani last night for Valentine’s Day and it was AMAZING. Our server was Ali(?) she’s y’all, blonde and has tattoos and she was INCREDIBLE. The bread balloon with the dip trio was out of this world, my kebabs were cooked perfectly and my husband’s flank wagyu steak was 10/10. I’ve been to this restaurant for the all you can eat breakfast brunch during the day but at night is a totally different vibe and just stunning. Everyone was kind and helpful from the valet to the servers and busters.

It was the best nite The manager got called in to waitress due to sick calls and she was so nice and fun and gave us great service The food was over the top great!! Best Ahi EVER!! A must do on the island 👏‼️

Harley was incredibly attentive in making sure our table was given a VIP treatment. Our guests loved the new Mediterranean menu! It was a perfect evening with Hawaiian music in the background. Mahalo nui loa, Mark & Laura

the item that most influenced my rating are the $72 lamb chops. There were only 3 and they all add considerable fat on them and a modest amount of meat. The rest of the meal and the service were great

This was a great meal!! Loved the new menu. Cacio e Pepe was spectacular as was the pizza!

Drinks were amazing. Kanpachi was delicious. Staff had great recomendations. My picture doesn’t do the fish justice.

Beautiful open air covered restaurant with a nice island and ocean view. My Caesar salad with Spanish anchovies was excellent and plentiful ($25). My tuna steak entree consisted of 4 or 5 small slices of tuna that were excellent. However, in my opinion it was an appetizer portion vs an entree for $48. Service was very courteous and attentive.
