   Went here 20 years ago on honeymoon and it was great ...sadly it's changed and not for the better .. its now become like an open mic night ... the bands were poor it used to have a great vibe and was like a night out im afraid its a small venue now and not too good was there on 8th Dec and won't be going back was excited to go and felt very disappointed sorry to say . A brand this big should really have quality bands to attract people a local regular resident band maybe ... plus the sound quality isn't great sorry but it's a Shame it's gone downhill and poor it used to be amazing ...

   Loud… the Bar next door killed the Feeling. Also this is the only HRC without any collectables, so no Hurrican Glass for my collection. The service and food was ok but overall this was the worst HRC i ever visited.

   This is the worst Hard Rock Cafe I've been to. Location is amazing, as it is right on the beach and thats where it stops. The beer was flat. They didn't have ribs, so they recommended surf&turf. The steak was an awful cut, very chewy - couldn't eat it. My husbands mashed potato was lumpy. The service was good, but unfortunately the product disappointed the brand. I wrote on the note that is was my husbands 40th birthday, and if they could sing for him(they sang in Rome on my birthday), but that didn't happen. I would not recommend.

   I ordered BBQ burger it was lovely!! All the staff are lovely, the manager walked me through all the art and who they were and the story behind them!

   We all miss what the old, classic HRC was, but it was good, good times with my family! We went to celebrate my parents 57th anniversary and the staff prepared a surprise for them and a photo singing and with guitars! The food was ok, and the drinks very good!

   The overall building is quite old and below other Hard Rock Cafe's. The staff is very nice and always ready to help. Food is as good as any other Hard Rock Cafe.

   Cristian provided excellent service! He kept surprising us with his creativity! The burgers and fries were good and everyone was happy! (Except maybe Dad when he paid the bill!)

   The place is small, dirty, badly organized, the AC doesn't work, it has uncomfortable faux leather stools, smelly, it does not represent the brand, doesn't look hygienic. The food was not hygienic, doesn't represent the brand, the access doesn't have parking lot, uses the mall's underground, dirty, dangerous and smelly, you can't even walk there. The website is a scam, it has pictures from 5 years ago. Would not recommend ever.

    Gorgeous new renovation as I haven’t been here in awhile… service pretty awesome and food was decent but chose to sit outside which was a mistake. Coco Bongo music next door blaring and this was at 6 PM.. very loud. Miss the old school vibe
