Comida mediocre en comparación con otros Hard Rock. Servicio pésimo. El camarero muy desagradable y desbordado de trabajo.

I'm a big fan of Hard Rock Cafe, and I have visited them all over Europe and arround the world. But the one in Gdansk, is probably the worst one in Europe. The staff felt realy hostile, and I didn't feel welcome at all. And the staff didn't even talk to each other. Normally everyone is smiling and happe, and there are a awesome atmosphere,but not at all at the one in Gedansk. The presentation of the food was not good either compare to other Hard Rock Cafe. (We ordered the ribs) The food portions was not that big, and it looked like it has bin standing for a while, and then reheated. Generally I will not call the a Hard Rock Cafe at all.

A nice meal all in all, did not have to wait long. Could Be bit More affordable.

The pulled pork sandwich was amazing, especially the BBQ sauce. We also had the smashed burger which was a little bit burned, and a bit underspiced. The service was great! When something was wrong with the order, they quickly fixed it :-) We ate at 6 o’clock, and it was a bit noisy as we were sat by the bar, but overall we had a grear experience.

We waited too long for our server to come by. We waited almost an hour after the plates was picked up until the next time she came by so we could order dessert. But the food was good, and the ambience was great. Overall satisfied, but the wait for our server should have been shorter.

Booked table for spesial evening, the table was not special in any way. Got the wrong food.. tok way too long to get the food...
