   I have been to many Hard Rock Cafe’s around the world (even including the Hamburg Hard Rock Cafe) however this time there was a live band and Oh my God! Incredibly loud noise. We couldn’t even hear the person sitting next to you, let alone across the table. It was super loud and unfortunately we (10 people booking) had to leave the restaurant even before ordering any food and had to go to another place. Such a shame, I was really looking forward to eating there. And for many of my friends it was first time for them to be in Hard Rock Cafe. Would have been a great experience but missed chance due to super high volume noise. I’m not going to try the Hamburg Cafe again, for sure.

   I have visited many Hard Rock cafe's over the years. In this case the table was ready and the waiter attentive. Ordered drinks and mains. 1st issue was waiter implying that extras were standard. Have always had Nacho dish. This was not good. Hardly any toppings and they were swimming in runny cheese sauce going soggy. Other dishes were fine. Then came the bill. Correct items however the prices were higher than the menu. On querying this the waiter said the menus were old!! Therefore paid the bill with no tip as mislead. I feel sorry for the water however we were on a budget. My tip is improve the nachos back to what are expected and don't mislead customers with the prices.

   Great Evening with nice valuable Food. Reservation was no Problem at all. We felt warmly welcome.

   The table was too smal for 6 persons. The crunch at the Messi chicken sandwich was too hard.

   I wanted to specifically mention your Hard Rock Shop employee, Stephanie, is outstanding. She went above and beyond in taking care of me and my family. She really made us feel welcomed, especially my children. It shows how that she enjoys her job.
