    We had a wonderful time celebrating our friends upcoming wedding with a High Tea. Food was exceptional & service was fantastic. We will be back

    I have been to high tea several times here and it's always been really lovely and high quality. This time was disappointing. Quiches cames out cold or lukewarm and we needed to send them back, some if the sandwiches were soggy like they had been premade and sitting in a cool room for some time. The scones were the most disappointing part as they were small and rock hard on the outside, not at all like scones should be. This was a special celebration party so it was disappointing to see the decline in quality. The atmosphere was still really lovely, staff were polite, but I would not recommend again based one this last experience.

    Disappointed with the quality of the sweets. As it was a Lindt high tea, I was expecting chocolate themed sweets. The macaroons were hard and other sweets lacked flavour. Ingredients for the chocolate fountain were not replenished when finished by other guests meaning some of us missed out. Loose leaf tea should be used for high tea rather than a teabag.

    The food and service was first class. We will definitely be dining at Harvest Restaurant again.

    Host appeared unhappy to be there and almost inconvenienced. There was gossiping in front of us when asked about dietary requirements which is a severe allergy that I carry an EpiPen for. Booking was not on system and they did accommodate but I was disappointed at the the hosts attitude. We are paying customers and should not face rolled eyes and feel like an inconvenience.

    This was our fourth year attending the Crowne Plaza Gawkesbury Valley’s Lindt High Tea in the Harvest Restaurant. We have a great time every year and will continue to return. It’s a great girls day out for us. The food is always great, the scones are delicious. Great selection of tea, good service and a good price. This year they also had a chocolate fountain.

    The Harvest Restaurant at the Crowne Plaza was a pleasure to dine at. The food was divine the service was superb and the atmosphere was serene. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and recommend dining there. We definitely will be returning.

    The air conditioning wasn’t turned on so it gut very hot. The staff were not present to attend to us. We had to leave our table at least 4 times to be attended to then when we were ready to leave again we had to chase staff up. The food was excellent
