W Aspen is joining forces with globally renowned Chef Eyal Shani to bring his signature Mediterranean restaurant, HaSalon, to life through an exclusive pop-up arriving in December 2024. HaSalon showcases Chef Eyal's innovative culinary approach, where fresh, locally sourced ingredients take center stage. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted around a key ingredient, celebrating natural flavors and delivering a memorable dining experience designed for adventurous taste buds and inquisitive minds. With a vibrant atmosphere and creative flair, HaSalon reflects the richness of the Mediterranean, blending Chef Eyal’s creativity with international influences. Known for its bold presentations and ever-evolving menu, the experience brings the dynamic spirit of Tel Aviv to Aspen.

A maddeningly “playful” menu where you can’t quite tell what many dishes are. Wouldn’t be so much of a problem if the staff were really attentive but after getting a glass of water we were abandoned for 15 minutes. Some items on the menu (anything with meat) are outrageously expensive (yes even for Aspen) and it’s hard to hear yourself think over the DJ beats. Give this one a miss.

Menu was terrible. Food was not good. The eggplant was completely raw. It’s in the W Hotel. No great restaurant is ever in a hotel that serves 3 meals a day.

This pop-up concept was super disappointing. The prices are insane for what you get, $175 for lamb chops, seriously? The fennel salad was delicious as were our espresso martinis, but the Branzino was just ok. Save your $$ and skip this Mediterranean pop-up!

Food was outstanding. Didn’t like that we were sold on a plate of dips that was actually condiments. Staff was very nice.

Absolutely amazing service. Charming and helpful staff. The food is so good. Particularly recommend the Crab Shwarma, Mushroom pasta, Branzino. It was not rowdy on a Sunday night
