    We drove out to the restaurant for dinner. The wait staff were personable and attentive. The food was exceptional and very much an experience with the tastes and seasoning provided. I had a fillet mignon steak but the seasonings made it a very special taste experience. I also ordered the crispy potatoes which were unique, exceptional and large enough to share. My wife enjoyed the ahi tuna steak. We will definitely try to make it back a second time. Wine choices were very nice as well.

    Wow!!!! What a wonderful evening! Delicious food Excellent service Good friends! So very happy that Havens is open! Can’t wait to come back for lunch!

    Went for dinner Valentines Day, was busy but not packed. Food was really good, we enjoyed everything we ordered. However, our service was poor at best. Sat a while before being acknowledged. Cocktails came quickly and we wanted a bottle of wine with dinner. However, the server was absent and didn’t show up again until over halfway through the meal (he didn’t deliver it) and by then it was too late for the wine. He knew we were annoyed and was apologetic but he didn’t do anything to make it right, and it ruined our evening. He should have spoken to a manager about fixing it, but based on what we saw of the management, he was probably scared to tell them. We would have had that bottle of wine, and probably a dessert and special coffee as well, instead we left after the meal very unimpressed.

    Service was great, some menu items seemed a bit high in price but dishes were tasty and came out pretty quick. Would go back again

    The restaurant was in a great waterfront location. We were early and seated right away. However, our waiter rushed us and was too quick and persistent in taking our drink order and rushing our entree decisions. Other staff were very conscientious-water, plate clearing and the manager checked in frequently. All food is a la carte -main meals do not come with sides. The chocolate bag dessert was out of this world.

    Staff is so welcoming with their Aloha and the chefs know how to prepare food! Outstanding happy hour! You do have to sit indoors to participate but it’s an open air restaurant so it’s still amazing. Shrimp cocktail, all three taco choices, drinks, smash burger were all delicious and served up beautifully. I highly recommend this place.

    Once Again, Havens Harborside does not disappoint. I'm trying to order something new from the menu or the special because everything I eat is my favorite and I don't want to then get the same thing every time we go. And each new item is my new Favorite. The Lobster was over the top with flavor and so moist and the fish special was one of the best things I've ever eaten. The street Corn and the Broccolini are a oh so yummy. We had oyster shooters, Crab Ragoons, truffle fries & a lobster taco during the happy hour before dinner! Honestly the food here is addicting and cooked to perfection. Hats off to Chef Zach Sato

    Nice little spot overlooking harbor. Our server Maria was very friendly and personable! The fish and chips were great! Fresh greens salad was as advertised! Freshly remodeled interior and nice, clean bathrooms…

    It was our first time here and the food was excellent and service was fantastic. We tried the chopped salad and 4 sides green beans, mushrooms, lobster Mac and cheese and the brussel sprouts they all tasty and unique flavors.. We had the short rib, scallops, ahí and the ohi moana all the entrees were delicious. It was a bit pricey but worth the costs all the food was excellent and portions were a good size. Everything was fresh and tasty. Hope to go back sometime soon.
