HAYWIRE offers a hearty, refined Texas cuisine made with only the freshest ingredients that Texas has to offer. From the scratch made Cinnamon Bun, Route 66 Pecan Pie in our bakery, to the locally sourced beef on display; we have what it takes to indulge your taste buds.

Come enjoy one or all three full service bars located on each level! From our First Floor Whiskey Lounge, Second Floor Main Dining Bar and Third Floor Rooftop Bar you are bound to find the perfect atmosphere for your Haywire experience. We take pride in our mind blowing whiskey selection, award winning wine list, and the variety of local beers and our signature craft cocktails. It's time for you to experience our Texas hospitality on a whole new level.

Muy bonito lugar, pero el servicio no estuvo a la altura de la situación y las expectativas. Fuimos para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hijo de 5 años. Se demoró tanto la comida que los niños se quedaron dormidos. Unas simples onion rings tardaron 1 hora en llegar. Nos explicaron varias veces el error en el pedido pero la comida seguía sin llegar. Nos llamó la atención la demora debido a que el restaurante en ese momento estaba al 50% de su capacidad. Luego, la hambuergusa del niño llegó cuando ya se había dormido y debimos pagar por ella.

We were given Excellent service. The bartender was polite and attentive. The drinks were a good pour. The server was exemplary. The prime rib was perfect and the catfish a wonderful balance of sophisticated Cajun.

The ambience is really great- dark and warm and comfortable. At the suggestion of our server, we had a sampler type appetizer, and everything on it was delicious. Service was knowledgeable and attentive. We should have chosen steak entrees, which the server said was their specialty. (Instead we had meatloaf and burger- which was good. Meatloaf was disappointing, IMO.) We will visit again.

This is one of my favorite lunch locations for meeting business colleagues or friends in DFW. We had a very nice person named Sky helping us today and she made a birthday celebration special.

Beautiful restaurant! My partner and I visiting for a date night and we loved the ambiance and their drinks and food options. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. We recommend their Espresso Martini! We will be back at this location for sure!

Haywire is a go to spot for business lunches, dinners and special occasions. The quality of the food offerings, drinks and service is always very good and consistent. The Plano location is very nicely appointed and never disappoints any of our visitors. Last night the double cut pork chop, blackened catfish with prawns and Redfish entrees were all excellent, as were the sides and the venison chili...and the onion rings; big ones perfectly fried up !
