   Terrible service, I waited 20 minutes for a drink. I have been here twice now and both times the service was inexcusable.

   The lump crab dip, steaks and bread pudding were fantastic! I loved the Haywire beverage too. I wasn’t a fan of the espresso martini (it just seemed to be missing something). The windows were open on a nice spring day which was awesome.

   Delicious meal! Perfect prime rib, pork chop, and fish. Of course the Mac and cheese is delicious too. Our WY visitors were very impressed and raved about it the next day. Very cool Texas -not over the top- vibe. Patio is so awesome. The only drawback is that cocktails seem to be more expensive than other places. One glass of wine and one martini cost over $40. Other than that, you can’t go wrong here

   Great food and service. One member of our party had a nut allergy so the waitress explained that there could be a slight delay in getting our food because they follow a specific protocol to ensure no cross contamination.

   Haywire is one of my favorite spots to dine at! I've been for brunch plenty of times and for dinner a few times. This time, I wanted to bring some friends to try it out, and I'm glad I did. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks, and we'll definitely be back.

   We had to sit next to someone WITH A DOG in the restaurant. Disgusting that they allow this.

    Sadly the food presentation far exceeded the taste. Biscuits in egg Benedict were hard as a rock. Bacon, while a nice thick piece, was so undercooked it was not edible. Service was dismal. Our waitress started leaving the table after taking my wife’s order before realizing that there were two having brunch. One checkin at the end of our meal. It was not a busy time, so no excuse.

    Howdy Jon! We apologize for the biscuits and the service issues you experienced. We take food quality seriously and regret it wasn’t addressed during your visit. Unfortunately, the inattentiveness of the service led to this issue not being caught and corrected right away. We're working on improving our team's attentiveness and coaching them to check in with guests throughout their meal. Regarding the bacon, we use a thicker pork belly cut, which offers a rich flavor but doesn’t have the same crispy texture as traditional bacon. We understand this may not have been to your liking, and this could have been easily addressed with a timely check-in.
