   This is a cozy and beautifully decorated spot with a warm ambiance. It was busy during our visit at 10AM, though not overcrowded. While we were seated just a few minutes after our reservation time, it did take a little while—around 5 to 10 minutes—before someone came by to take our drink order. The food was delicious and thoughtfully presented. However, we did encounter a few hiccups with service. For instance, silverware wasn’t provided initially, and we had to wait a bit before we were able to flag someone down to assist us. Though the staff member seemed a bit flustered at first, she quickly apologized and helped us out. We also had trouble locating basic condiments like salt and pepper, which we eventually found ourselves. Overall, while the service felt a bit overwhelmed and disconnected, everyone remained courteous. It’s possible the team was dealing with a challenging shift. We’d be open to returning, hopefully at a quieter time, to enjoy the atmosphere and food under smoother circumstances.

   The food is always fresh and amazing and the staff is wonderful. We always come back here when we are visiting Honolulunfrom the east coast!

   Steak was out of order at 6 PM. And waters didn't care so much. We had to wait our table to be cleard.

   The Loco Moco and French toast are good. They generously refill your drinks. Book on open table because sometimes the wait can be long.

   Open tableから予約して、入店時にスタッフにオープンテーブルから予約しました(名前)です。と伝えたのにも関わらはず、チェックインされつまなかったのか、オープンテーブルよりちゃんと予約通り来店したのかの確認メッセージが来たのが、店に対して不信感でしかない。 サービスもホールには2人店員いたけど、バタバタして慣れてない感じがした。

    We found Heavenly on our first day and loved it so much we came back everyday for breakfast! We tried everything on the menu and loved it all! The mixed berry açaí bowl was our groups favorite!
