Our purpose is to nourish herbivores and omnivores with real food sourced as close to home as possible from purveyors who hold their offerings in the highest regard.

Welcome to Herb and Omni inside 101 Central, a historic gathering space creating memorable experiences on every level for those who appreciate a balance of luxury and comfort.

Herb & Omni's founding team is made of seasoned entrepreneurs with experience creating award-winning restaurant concepts. Our thoughtfully crafted menu offers both plant-based and omnivorous options curated by Earl James Reynolds, a Whitefish native and James Beard nominated chef.

Was an excellent dining experience, food was incredible and far beyond what you can expect to find in the flathead valley right now. Service was great, down to a signed anniversary card and free champagne to celebrate our milestone. We will definitely be coming back.

Only two issues keeping this from a 5-star meal, otherwise a creative and exceptionally well composed meal. I would eat here again. The main course was served tepid. Would have been amazing if it had been served at temperature. The tempura mushrooms were heavy and almost cardboard tough. Probably held under the lamp too long (see above). Service was perfect: friendly and informative but not trying to be my best friend.

Fantastic! The restaurant is beautiful. The service was both impeccable and unpretentious, which really added to our enjoyment of the meal. Big thanks to Joe and the team that supported him! The food was amazing. We especially enjoyed the bison and the small plates. As others have noted, the chickpea fritters are delicious. The menu is really interesting and everything we ordered was great.
