HiFalutin is a family dream come true...Back in 1986, as we were creating a name for "Baggin's" (our gourmet sandwich shops), we came across the word "HiFalutin". The name seemed to encompass another dream that we had for establishing a unique, western-like restaurant- one that would be "a cut above" the rest. As that name danced in our heads for 16 years...it has inspired and shaped the creation we now share with you - "HiFalutin:". We hope you will enjoy "our dream" as much as we have enjoyed making it come true. We are a family - related by love, and a passion for great food and entertainment.                                                                   Our server, Bradly was very attentive. Arrived at our table almost immediately after we settled in to introduce himself, fill our water glasses and tell us the specials, as well as their white and red wine and margarita flavors. One we ordered he brought the yummy hot blue cornbread muffins and butter. Our meals arrived quickly. My husband had the ribeye and a loaded baked potato. He said the steak was really good, seasoned and cooked perfectly (which is harder to do because they are thin). He brought half of his meal home. My son had the stew which he loved and brought home leftovers as well. I had the BBQ chicken salad which was full of shredded chicken and had a generous amount of dressing (which rarely happens at restaurants). We hadn't been here in a while, and we will certainly be back again. Love the decor and cozy feeling of this restaurant.

                                                                  It was loud we should have sat on the patio. Tables are too close if you are sitting at a table for two. Food is great always love the food when we go. Ty was our server he was outstanding.

                                                                  Had an 8 PM, reservation on Valentine’s Day, we arrived about 12 minutes before and were seated by 8. Staff was attentive, food and drink came out quickly. Food was very good. We enjoy our meal and was leaving without feeling rushed at 9:12. Very enjoyable night.
