Hillstone Restaurant in Winter Park is an upscale chain restaurant featuring classic steak, seafood, pasta and signature cocktails in a warm yet modern atmosphere. Run by culinary manager Michael Cook and executive general manager Cindy Wathen, HIllstone Restaurant is situated on the banks of Lake Killarney, providing guests with an exquisite view as they dine.Open for both lunch and dinner daily, some options on the Hillstone Restaurant menu include spinach and artichoke dip, rosemary focaccia, pan-seared ahi tuna salad, emerald kale and roasted chicken salad, house-made veggie burger, Hawaiian rib eye steak, double cut pork chop and roast prime rib. After dinner, enjoy a dessert, such as apple walnut cobbler or key lime pie with a pecan and graham cracker crust.

Great food. Great staff. I am from Chicago where we enjoy "sister" restaurant Bandera. Hillstone every bit as good!

My fish was extremely overdone We just didn't feel that the food was anything special and I would never go back

The entire experience was phenomenal. The food was incredible; I highly recommend the prime rib. The service was unparallel; our waitress Makenzie (not sure of the spelling) was fabulous. The ambience and view of the lake were spectacular. We plan on repeating our dining experience.

This was our first time here and we were celebrating my husbands birthday. I have to say I was disappointed. Our reservation was for 8pm and we arrived on time but weren't seated until 8:25. We ordered wine and it took another 20 minutes for that to arrive. Our server knew it had been awhile and apologized and told it was unacceptable and comped the wine. Food was ok....my hisbamds steak was over cooked but at this point it was so late we didn't say anything and just finished up our meal. Not sure I would come back...special night wasn't so special

Great food and a gorgeous view. We stopped in Winter Park just to return to this restaurant (3rd visit to Hillstone). Highly recommend you go early and request a table on the covered patio. The view of the lake is beautiful. Only one negative, even though we made our reservation on Open Table and received a response, the restaurant said they are no longer on Open Table. They did honor our reservation (we were early).

I called two weeks in advance to reserve two tables/booths next to each other to accommodate 10. I spoke with Amy and she was abrupt and only told me what she couldn't do . Saying that she couldn't seat 10 which I knew and that was the reason for two tables. I called the day we were all coming to make sure we had two tables and again Amy answered and she was rude. She said she has the reservation for 5. I explained again that it was for two tables with five each. When we all arrived there was one booth for us. They say the other five three booths away. I told our server that I was getting the check for both tables and that didn't happen either. It was corrected and I received the entire bill and left a $50 tip. Every March 17th I bring my family mostly from out of state to have lunch in honor of my late husband. This was his favorite restaurant and my group has been coming for ten years. We all enjoyed everything but instead of Amy telling me what she couldn't do, she should have said that she would try to accommodate two tables close together rather than saying she couldn't seat 10.

Hillstone never ceases to amaze. The staff, ambience and food always are above par. Our anniversary was made extra special when the Host moved us to a table overlooking the lake - only to add a special touch by bringing a bottle of champagne! This is a restaurant not to be missed in Orlando!

My family has been dining at this restaurant for years. The food and service is consistently exceptional. Hillstone is truly one of our favorite restaurants in the Orlando area.
