The food was absolutely amazing, reasonably priced for the quality of the food. The staff were friendly and seemed to know a lot of the families who were there. We booked an outdoor on our reservation however because the weather was horrible found us a table indoors which was really nice!

We visited on 27 December for a festive lunch. We had quite a long wait for our food as it was quite busy. However we were impressed as t Our waiter informed us that service would be a bit longer as they were so busy. There looked to be only 2 people serving food and a person behind the bar. We were pleased about being informed. When our starter was served they them seemed to have caught up and we didn’t wait long for our mains. The food was delicious (I find it quite rare nowadays to have three courses which are all pleasing). I would return for this sort of meal again. £36 each for festive menu.

Absolutely fantastic day at the farmhouse on Xmas day. The food was amazing and the staff were absolutely brilliant as usual🎅🎅

We assume the venison pie had been re-heated as the pastry could not be cut with a normal knife. The set Christmas menu was not the cheapest, we expected more for this price point. Overall rather disappointing.

We had a lovely meal at the Farmhouse. It’s been a while since we have eaten here as we normally drink here regularly. The menu was varied and we really enjoyed the Camembert sharing starter & all main meals were really good. I love my pork belly main & the ham hock pie off the specials board was also enjoyed. A very enjoyable evening with friends.

Met a Friend for Fisj and Chip lunch. Cooked perfectly. Pub beautifully decorated . Waiting staff brilliant and music excellent. Music perfect and not too loud. Chocolate Brownie delicious. Waiting staff very good. Thanks.

We ate quite late on Sunday afternoon having visited based on their excellent ratings. Staff were young and efficient and my guests enjoyed the chicken roast dinner. Food looked amazing when it came out but my beef was very thick and overdone to the point it tasted bland and was chewy - We did however eat at 4.15 pm which may have explained why. I've had much better roasts at much cheaper places but then I've had much worse experiences also. Overall it was ok.
