Boasting a unique vantage overlooking the River Thames, Hithe + Seek invites you to discover old and new world wines and dishes from familiar favourites to the more adventurous at heart. Located in the five-star Westin London City hotel, Hithe + Seek is your opportunity to explore wine and food whilst enjoying panoramic views and cosy surroundings. Open from the afternoon through to late night, Hithe + Seek is the perfect venue for after-work gatherings, intimate evenings or celebrating a special occasion.

In order to facilitate essential engineering works, Hithe + Seek will be closed from January 1st, reopening Tuesday February 3rd 2025. We remain, however available for private hire events throughout the month. Please contact us directly for details and reservations. Otherwise we look forward to welcoming you back in February.

Let your hair down and enjoy an interactive cocktail-making masterclass with friends and colleagues. Each masterclass lasts for 1.5 hours and includes; two cocktails of our mixologists' choice, demonstrated and then made and enjoyed by your group. The masterclass also comes with a delicious selection of charcuterie, cheese and bread to share. Masterclasses are available for two to six persons and between 4pm and 9pm, Tuesday to Saturday. Please note any dietary requirements or allergens at time of booking. A 13% optional service charge will be added to the final bill. Please note that on exceptional occasion, Hithe + Seek may be reserved exclusively and on those days will be unable to accommodate the cocktail masterclass.

We spent a very nice moment for New Year Eve ! Maybe one thing, to eat on a small table was sometimes not very confortable. Happy New year !

Drinks were made with high-value ingredients. Food menu did not indicate it was bar snacks (the booking did not make clear this was a bar rather than a restaurant), and price was not commensurate to the food ordered. Service was adequate, improving after issues were raised.

We visited your establishment for the very first time, and it worked out to be exactly what we wanted. Amazing views, great service, our waiter Christian was very informative, he explained the menu and was super welcoming and friendly. This is what you expect from a waiter but Christian was a cut above. My colleague and I totally applaud you on what you have created at Hithe & Seek. This was my second experience at the wine bar. I was attracted to the spot as it is located in the westin hotel where I was staying. The portions are small and the quality is just ok. For the price, I would expect slightly larger portions or higher quality. The ambiance is also just ok it was very noisy so I couldn’t feel relaxed and enjoy the views. Overall if you are looking for a convenient spot and are interested in pairing wine with a few small plates this is the spot for you

Beautiful bar and the tapas were delicious. A little small and I was hungrier than expected, but definitely worth trying. Only negative is there was an issue with my bill which I didn’t realise until after my visit, but overall I enjoyed the experience and would visit again.

A lovely venue, stunning views and friendly, helpful staff. One thing is that the service was a little slow, given that there weren't many other people aside from our group. I'd also expect it to be a little quicker given the premium you're paying for the food and drink. However, everyone had a great evening and we'd all be happy to revisit!

Lovely interior but restaurant was empty and it is obvious why. Menu was very overpriced and food wasn't great. Larger portions for half the price would draw a better crowd. Very disappointed.
