Enjoy a delicious ginseng-forward afternoon tea at Holts Café done in collaboration with Sulwhasoo and their special-edition First Care Activating Serum. It’s the perfect way to celebrate with family and friends! Afternoon Tea is available on Monday - Thursday from 2 PM till close and Friday - Sunday all day. Reservations are required a day in advance. Kindly inform us of any allergies or intolerances in your booking notes as not all accommodations can be made last-minute.

Have often come to this cafe for brunch, but they have changed the menu, and not for the better. No Eggs Benedict, and the replacement is a one egg only croissant sandwich. Fried chicken gone, french toast gone....we were disappointed. We all ended up getting the classic breakfast as nothing else was appealing, but you can get that anywhere. Was okay, but not fantastic. The Maitre d' was, and is. always charming, and a pleasure to see, but the service at the table was not what we are used to. Generally the wait staff is outstanding and professional, but today our server kept disappearing, which was odd as the restaurant was quiet. Not a bad experience but just not as pleasant as in the past. We all sadly felt we need to find a new brunch spot.

On the weekend, only a limited selection of items from the menu was available, which was quite disappointing as it significantly reduced our dining options.

Everything got our lunch visit was fabulous. Starting with our host who greeted us in a most friendly manner. Our server was attentive throughout our stay. The meal was incredible. We had the Seafood Platter, Chicken Green Goddess and the Chicken Katsu Burger and we were all extremely impressed with the flavours, the quality of food and the taste. We ate definitely going to return! A solid 10/10!

Our waitress, Jennifer, was great. Very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Appreciated the restaurant allowiing my friend and I to stay awhile.

We always love coming to Holt Café, and this visit was no exception! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience special—they were incredibly accommodating and even surprised us with a complimentary dessert to celebrate our occasion. The service was warm and attentive, and the food, as always, was excellent. It’s little gestures like these that make this place stand out. Can’t wait to come back!

Server was very friendly and professional. Ambiance of the cafe was nice. Food quality was not up to my expectations associated with the generally high reputation of Holt Renfrew. The chicken in my dish was overcooked and very dry. Maybe it was simply the chef who was on duty at the time of the meal.

The Jo Malone High Tea was nothing as expected. Food is only fair. Guests receive an empty HR bag with a tiny tester size of perfume.

Overall, it was fine, but I had specifically booked the Jo Malone afternoon tea because my daughters wanted the Jo Malone gift fragrance that would accompany the meal. The cheque arrived without the gift and when I inquired about it I was told that they had run out. I was given a few tiny samplers that you could get for free at any Sephora. It was a bit disappointing.
