Located smack-bang between Central and Broadway, you’ll find Holy Duck! on Sydney’s favourite foodie laneway, Kensington Street. This is modern-Chinese cuisine at its ducking best. You’ll be saying “duck me!” when you taste how they transform traditional dishes into exciting new favourites. With a diverse menu of casual eats and next-level Chinese BBQ, Holy Duck! is a nod to the joys of Chinese street food.

Watch as the chefs expertly prepare crispy, succulent ducks from the huge, traditional hanging gallery. They’re delicious! Not in the mood to duck? No worries.     Food is delicious, and it’s a very nice stylish restaurant. The street is vibrant. Unfortunately the staff/ service is a little average

    Group booking for 13 made easy by pre-ordering. Service was fast and efficient, and the food was absolutely delicious. Great menu for sharing for a big group and able to cater for gluten free. Everyone really enjoyed it. Thank you, will visit again.

    Food and cocktails were amazing. The wait staff were very helpful and friendly without being invasive or pushy. I’d definitely recommend and visit again

    the food was delicious!!! it was not greasy, it was a nice pick me up! Absolutely amazing service as they catered my allergies and ensure there was no allergens. Would definitely go here again!

    We have dined at Holy Duck numerous times now and it is one of our favourite restaurants in Sydney! The service is always great, and the their crispy duck is amazing everytime. The interior is exposed brick and they even gave us a discount because my wife saw an insect on the wall, (you can't stop nature but a great response from staff). We will definitely be back soon!!

    Brilliant dining experience with Holy Duck. Ambience was beautiful and comfortable. The service was exceptional, and the food was fresh and delicious. I will definitely be back! I loved everything about my experience.

    We had the Holy Duck set menu which was fantastic - all courses were superb. A lot of food that is hard to resist so you need your eating boots on!

    It’s our first visit; it’s a busy evening and we noticed many (most?) tables ordered the ALL YOU CAN EAT DUCK (AYCD). We can find duck filling in the spring rolls and it’s hot so it’s a good start. The duck filling in the San Choi Bao is very tasty but the portion is too little; the lettuce is of good quality. There’re minimal duck meat we can find in the duck fried rice and the seasoning of the fried rice is a bit weird, tasted a bit sour; the worst dish of the night. The signature crispy duck with pancake is something interesting; each order is half duck. Not exactly sure what happened but our first order took more than 30min to arrive, which is 1/3 of the allowed dining time, and the duck is over fried. We actually chased up 4-5 times with 3 people and the boss had to extend our dining time by 15min. Our second order arrived in 15min and is cooked properly. Staff are friendly with smile and you can see them working very hard but they’re just too busy so it’s definitely challenge to catch them for service. The ACYD are all duck dishes but it’s not really that many duck meats / fillings we have consumed.
