Hopfields specializes in French-fusion locally focused cuisine, 40 tap craft beer wall, a thoughtfully curated wine list and full bar. Boasting a warm inviting atmosphere with cozy nooks to venture into. Often praised for it's elevated but approachable style.

The scratch-made menu offers food ranging from upscale specials, a finger-food bar menu, traditional-fusion French comforts and our Pascal Burger that has won Best Burger in Austin 6 years in a row.

Hopfields has tableside service reservable for dinner in our dining room and patio, as well as a walk-in bar service, so you can customize the experience you want and always find a seat.

Our lunch is a bar-service style that features traditional French sandwiches, salads and snacks.

Brunch has a special menu reservable for tableside service or casual bar-style service; all in a 'not your average too-busy-to-book restaurant' setting. A few brunch classics, but many twists that make the menu scrumptious for everyone.

I like this place and staff was great too, but my steak and frites came out both cold, barely warm. It was still tasty though but not what I expected for the cost. I really didn’t have time to send it back just pushed through cold meat and frites lol

Went to celebrate a work milestone and both my fiance and I were disappointed. For the price, the value just isn't there. The meat and cheese board was $38 with 3 pieces of cheese and 2 meats. I ordered the steak frites and the steak came out so cold that the butter on top didn't melt.. throughout the entirety of the meal. It was just a puck of butter on a cold steak for $42. Fiance ordered the mussel frites and while she did finish hers she said she has had much better and would not be going back. Sad because we love local spots and french food, but this was just a miss.

Love this place. I’ve been going there for years and I’ve never had a poor experience. There’s a reason this restaurant has been around for so long. No easy task in Austin, Texas.

Amazing oysters and everything perfect! I got the moules frites but everyone at the table was very pleased with their dishes! Creme brûlée always a must!

I really don’t come here enough which speaks to my inability to simply remember Hopfields is a stones-throw from my residence. Anyway, the dinner and drinks were, as always, just right. I had pasta and my guest the mussels (a signature dish here). Cocktails are always presented nicely. The service was top notch, too. They often run low on a few popular items on the menu. This isn’t a reason to stay away; there is always something scrumptious to substitute. You’ll leave satisfied. I promise.

Some unusual different/combinations - e.g. duck reuben sandwich. Good food - good service Out of homemade sorbet :(
