Its was New Years Eve and I expected them to up their game a little for the price. I paid $39.95 person no drinks. And received the same old same old as their everyday buffet. There was no prawns or mussels like they usualy do for special events. Most of the "Hot Food" I had was room temp at best. The dessert bar is huge but mainly consisted of Jelly Jars in 15 different colours and cheesecake squares in every flavour possible. For the price it was a very disappointing night.

Hotel Richlands Buffett, we’ve been coming here countless times and can’t find any fault, book ahead using the website and reserve your table by the app, it’s so easy and you get reply within seconds. Lunch or dinner or just that special occasion The layout and food of many varieties to cater for every nationality and not to forget the dessert bar is something else. you can actually see the food being made and have a quick chat to the cooks. The whole experience is overwhelming. That’s why we keep coming back. Totally worth the 30-45 mins - Thank You Hotel Richlands & see you again very soon - Matt

Every time we have been here it has been quality food for the price. This last visit i was extremely dissatisfied with the food. The ravioli was cold, the Asian dishes was all I could smell turning me off the rest of the food. The roast beef was tough and chewy. The deserts were all the same with little varieties. My family and I will not be back for dinning as I cannot justify $250 for dinner when I could have provided hot tasty food for less at home. It was very disappointing as this was a birthday dinner and was not enjoyed by anyone in our group.

We really enjoyed the variety of dishes offered. Infact we didn't get to taste everything because we couldn't eat anymore. That included the desserts! Great place to dine and relax. The staff were very helpful too as one of our guests was late.

Food was outstanding and spoilt for choice. Staff were very attentive to replenishing popular food choices. Overall a very enjoyable Christmas days luncheon.

This occasion was Xmas lunch. The restaurant opened exactly on time and was well prepared. The food, both in quality and quantity was excellent. Staff were friendly and efficient with used plates removed from the tables quickly. The package included a good choice of beers, wines, including bubbly, and soft drinks and the bar service was quick and cheerful. I highly recommend this venue. We eat there throughout the year too and it is always good. This Xmas package was excellent value.

Well presented, seated in a timely manner, service staff constantly checking in to see that we were happy with everything.

Hard to hear each other with the noise of so many people. but it's good to see Hotel Richland's is so popular with families. plenty of food and i never saw any of it run out. a lot of excellent choices. would like to see more vegetarian options.

The buffet has something for everyone ! We love the variety. The desert bar and bottomless soft drinks are a hit with the kids. We love the relaxed family dining experience.
