We always go for Thanksgiving dinner at Houlihan's. The Caesar Salad was exceptionally fresh and good, but the Thanksgiving entree was a bit smaller than usual and not quite as good quality as previous years. The mashed potatoes were a small ice cream serving and did not taste good. My brother said there was fat on his turkey. I didn't like the heavy seasoning on the string beans. Honestly, the best tasting item on the plate was the cornbread. It's only $24.99, but I would pay more for a better quality dinner, especially on a major holiday. We are considering other options for next year because although the server was great and attentive, the food was subpar.

Everything we ordered was excellent except the baked potato soup which we felt had just too much cheese and bacon. Otherwise, we enjoyed our visit and had a very helpful waitress. Music was a tad too loud and there floors were a bit sticky - might be good to take a look at those.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent. Overall experience was very pleasant. Highly recommend.

My husband ordered the ribs and half chicken combo. The chicken was not cooked through, the meat was red. Our server was so responsive. She immediately returned it to the kitchen and we got a new plate. Other than that, great service and great value.

Great happy hour even on weekends. Food was good, service great. Kind of empty on cinco de Mayo but was able to watch sports instead

we had a very nice booth in the bar area it was quiet and enjoyable the waitress was awesome didnt feel rushed it made for a nice easter dinner with my family thank you

First time in several years. Used to go frequently with family. Pared down menu. My Son ordered Chicken Parmesan. He remarked that the Rutgers student dining was tastier. I had fish and chips. The chips were curled potatoes, while the fish was two small portions. Not what I expected. I asked the waiter for malt vinegar to go with the fish. He never came back. Not a great family experience like it used to be. And this was Friday evening at 6 PM.

To round out the Christmas weekend, I was looking for a quaint evening dinner treat for myself and mother, and as have done in the past, chose Houlihan's. What made the experience even better was the attentiveness, enthusiasm, and professionalism of our server, Damien - he is definitely an asset to the staff at this establishment!

The food and drink was absolutely delicious and arrived in a timely fashion. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. Very happy that there is such a nice place to have dinner on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas!
